Well, Africard is not a virtual card! A virtual card is an instant prepaid card used solely online I.e it has no physical card. When converted to a physical card it cease to be a Virtual card it becomes a utility card or gift card or prepaid card as the case may be.

Who Will INEC Declare The Winner In Any Event Where The Supplementary Election Favors The APC? Will They Declare APC Winner Or A Candidate (Of A Party)? If They Declare A Candidate From APC, Who'll Will The Candidate Be And On What Laws Will They Premise The Person's Nomination As Candidate Of The APC At This Material Time? It's A Big Twist And Will Take More Than Wishful Thinking. The Obvious, Most Reasonable And Legitimate Thing To Do At This Time Is Either Declare Wada Winner Or Conduct Fresh Election In Kogi.

This so call lawyers don't even know how to reason. INEC isn't conducting supplementary election because Audu is dead, they are conducting it because the election was inconclusive.

The reason for the election being inconclusive is because the number of votes apc leads pdp is not more than the number of invalid or cancelled votes.
