Hello people , please I need help on what to do am spiting a lot and is affecting my job at the moment and my management is saying either I go for leave of absence or find what to do, I can not even swallow the spit, it will cause me nausea probably vomiting as well, and I don’t know if the leave of absent is paid or not am just confuse , and I plan on taking my maternity leave when am 7months, Is draining badly for me . I work in health care . Am 4months old now still spiting heavily . And without work here you can’t be able to pay bills . Don’t know what to do need help .

*** Your faith in getting an F1 visa is like the faith of a Canadian (citizen). The only different is that YOU NEED AN F1 visa because you are not a citizen yet.


1. You must proof ties to Canada.

2. You must give a reasonable post-study plans .

3. You must show ability to pay your school fees and other miscellaneous expenses .

4. You must be ready to answer : Why this particular institution? Why Nursing ? Are there no institution in Canada that offers same quality nursing programs?

5. If you have lived up to 3 years in Canada, then you may have a better ride , but if you have just landed in Canada , then you should be ready for battle of communication with the consular.

6. USA & CANADA are like Coca Cola & Pepsi ( almost 95% of anything you can get in the USA is also obtainable in Canada or from Canada) .

7. You have to give a convincing reasons to get your visa .

Hi all, please I have a questions, so I just got my second program starting by September 2024 approval from my school and is very different from the one am currently doing atm.
The first program ends by April and my study permit will expire by March 2024 due to I defer . So I want to extend my study permit should I include details of my second program to it? Or I should extend first for my first program then pay another money in extending my second program ? Please help me

Actually when I came to Canada , I defer my admission to the next session. Am currently doing my course now and my course will finish next year. And my course will finish a a month later after my expiration date , so I need to extend my visa . And secondly I plan to do second course .

Please how do you guys pay your school fees in Canada ? Like is there any loan company one can borrow From and pay back in installments in Canada ? What can one do in this process ? From what I hear they may ask for proof of funds which you can show with your bank app but that is very rare.
I haven't travelled yet so this information is taken from what I've read on this thread and elsewhere

Okay thanks , the thing is this I have a fixed deposit which will expire in April 27th . But I have remove the money from the fixed deposit already but I still have the certificate which indicate it will expire in April 27th , Can I take the certificate along and say when I open my bank account over there my bank officer will do international transfer to my account because I have authorized them to by signing all the documents ? Please everyone should help me on this am bit confuse .


And secondly , my sponsor is base in the USA, can I still use bank statement like the one I submitted in my application or I should ask for updated one . Am just so confuse, will they ask me why the money isn't in my account yet ? But what I plan saying is if I open my account over there my sponsor will send me the money to my account…

Hello everyone , please am looking for accommodation in Brantford Ontario 500$ for just a month before my arrival . Yes I have received mine and I didn’t get any other email after the one that said it’s been returned from IRCC office to vsf office in Abuja. I just decided to go to the Lagos office in faith after 3days and it was available for pickup. I complained to them about not getting the message and they sent it after I’ve picked up…lol
Anyways the process took 2wks but I know it wasn’t up to that cuz the last email I got was after 1wk of submission, then plus weekend and the 3 extra days I waited bf going for pick up. If you’re in Lagos you can visit their office and check if it’s ready cuz sometimes they forget to send mails. I even paid for sms but didn’t get a single one.

But I havenot yet receive my stamped passport yet but don’t know if they will still check ? Really wanted to remove it so as to buy stuffs . Please what is your take on this ?? Really need reply

No I didnot, I went to dhl and paid them , and also pay for returning courier paid to their sterling bank and attach the receipt of 1applicant on the file .

Yea they are expensive when u book close to your arrival. I'm not sure about hotels cos I booked an Airbnb. The place I stayed had full services like WiFi, equiped kitchen etc.
Just look for the cheapest option and go for it.
