op the solution to this is investigation and eye witness accounts of what happened on that day. Police report should be obtained and the girl placed under protective custody. The father should be fined for negligence. And you should be detained for proper questioning with bail placed at N25,000. The accused 22yr old should be detained without bail and the case should be brought to court after she has been properly examined in a reputable government hospital.
