yong babe:
flower ko leaf ni.

flowers are a poor man's excuse not to spend money.
if u want to show your girl that u would love her for enternity why buy a flower that would wither away huh
rather buy something that would last and costs money like gold necklace, diamond or an expensive phone.
that way the girl would know that u love her and want to spend money on her. ( remember most of us Nigeria chicks LOV money- it rules the world.)

Once i was watching this movie where this guy came to apologise 2 his girl. he was hidding something behind his back, and i was expecting some gift of somekind. and the idiot brought out a rose!!! not a bunch of roses but just 1 single rose!! if i was that girl i would have collected it and chased him out of the house with it. nonsence!
yong babe, i dont totally agree with you cos some of these flowers are very costly. talking of the natural ones though, so a guy that spends all that on flowers might not necessarily be a poor guy, but has enough to even 'spare' on flowers

ofcourse u know what your parents will say, and you think any of us reasonable nairalanders will support your act. grow up man and leave her alone. u are blood related and it aint going to work. the same way u think u fell in love with her is same way u shld fall out of love with her.

enkae:
@ poster
i hope you are asking because you want to give some 'lucky lady' flowers, personally, i havent discovered what type of soup roses are used for or lets say chrysanthemums, i mean, for all the cost of them fresh flowers , but i do know a couple of ladies including my elder sister, who would just go gaga over one stem of reds,
so if you intend to give them to 'miss' or 'mrs' lucky, plese find out if she likes them first

for me , just gimmie d money and let me make you a pot of soup that you wont forget in a hurry
enkae,
many thanks for your offer, but im more interested in the flowers than the soup. . . . and for sure, i want to give some 'lucky lady' the flowers.

just peeping in though
RomanceRe: Valentine Couple: Or Not? by cblow(m): 9:09am On Nov 13, 2007
crazykid:
Valentine is being celebrated once a year. So only a fool would show love to his girl on Valentines Day and forget other days.

For me, I don’t see any difference between Valentines Day and any other day. If am opportune to share my love for someone and it happens to be on Valentines Day, then fine I would do it. But that doesn’t make that day special to me, it just like any other day.
kpom.

cool4ny:
see their mouth like recharge card, na money go kill Nigerian girls. them no knw how to show love or affection. Na only to give them recharge card or pounds and yakata their legs go open.
cool4ny, watch your words and please show some respect to them naija babes. . .   remember, in as much as you say 'u can't do with them, u still can't do without them'.
this topic was in no way geared towards humiliating our naija babes because we value them and love them for who they are. All we want is get to know their opinion on this flower issue so we will know how to show our love better. grin

just peeped in though
RomanceRe: Nigerian Babes And Flowers by cblow(op): 5:13pm On Nov 12, 2007
Joey82:
@poster,
it all depends on d person in question, some have never been given any flowers and may not understand what they represent,

some however, appreciate understand what flowers mean and will prefer it to any other gift.
yeah, Joey82, that was a one sided reaction to the way nigerian ladies felt about flowers, hence the reason to know more opinions so we can learn what not to do in a relationship.
i've learnt a lot though. . . . still peeping in

Baby_tttt:
Should i answer his calls and just ignore him?

Thanks
answer ko eba ni. can see ure still all about ED. its a pity u messed things up when u had a nice guy. its same reason we ask why girls prefer to go out with bad guy who will always maltreat them and yet they never want to leave.
you have the answers to your question so all i can say is grow up and follow ur heart.

flowers? mennnnnn, I cherish flower gifts. If a man actually gave me flowers, I would know he loves me. So far, none has done that, maybe I keep meeting jerks.

How mean would u be to our girls, flowers grow everywhere jo. . .they can pluck it if need be tongue

but i thought giving flowers to a lady you love was kinda 'romantic' so if the ladies prefer otherwise, what does that leave us with? undecided
RomanceRe: I'm 27, She's 16: Should I Disvirgin Her? by cblow(m): 2:41pm On Nov 11, 2007
sweetlizzy:
i lost my virginity at the age of 15. though he was 18 then. i'm still in love with him. it all depends on love. follow your heart big brother
and how old are you now sweetlizzy. you made a mistake then and you think its okay now.
RomanceRe: I'm 27, She's 16: Should I Disvirgin Her? by cblow(m): 2:31pm On Nov 11, 2007
clap for yourself.
booggy:
i'm 27, but she's just 16. , but the sex urge comes at times. she's a virgin. should i go ahead n disvirgin her?
this is child molestation, infact u shld be arrested for even dating her. why do you want to steal her childhood. at 16 u want to ruin her life? she is not an adult and i dont see you ending up with her. so man, get real and leave her alone. perhaps you are taking advantage of the fact that she is still naive and inexperienced. why not go for girls around your age.
