Lexusgs430: For your budgeted amount, you can only get blackberry devices 0S7.1 and a host of Android devices.
Point to Note, cost of utilising both are different, the blackberry devices would be cheaper to own.
If cost of data is not an issue, get a 1gb ram minimum Android device. If cost of data is an issue, just stick to a blackberry device.

At least a 1gig RAM will do you well and a 3-5 mega pixel camera... with a sound battery.

Watch out for Gionee P2s I think its around 17k. Not so sure.

Its not talking about un-reciprocated love which many are terming it to be.

Maybe you discover he has gone out with your elder sister some seven years ago

Maybe he is a Muslim and you happen to be a Christian girl, but you're at peace with him more than all the Christians brothers

Maybe after sometime you discover that you guys are second or third cousins

In my case it was someone of same sex that showed me an unimaginable love I never thought was possible nor ever experienced my entire life, that at a point I started wishing that same sex relationship weren't a sin! And that's a raw definition of WRONG ONE loving U right!

But I had to let the person go, coz there is no future to such relationship and in the process the person was really heart broken!
