K, i advise what i posted to a php developer and someone who understands algorithm implementation , i would have written the entire codes of how it will work and give to u bt i am busy dats y i just gave an algorithm.
In general here i how my solution works:
STACK : PHP, JAVASCRIPT, HTML, DOM..
1. A visitor visits ur website(radio station that plays music)
2.Visitor clicks turn on radio button.
3.Onclick of turn on radio button javascript uses ajax to get any song on your server.
4.If a song was found it plays song, Else it goes to no song available error page.
5.Before javascript plays the song it sets an onafterplay HTML event attribute .
6. When onafterplay event occurs the process in number 3 is triggered again. So different songs continue to play until the Visitor presses the turn off radio station button..

1. National ID card or a valid proof to show your identity.

2. Police report from your state which would be forwarded from a police station in your place of origin to a police station of my choice here in Lagos.

3. Proof that you have a BTA/BFA

4. Show proof or valid document describing in details the person funding this project.

5. We will sign "massive" agreement

6. Proof that you are not gay (to anyone who might find this as an issue, kindly be aware that I dont have a problem with your sexual orientation or whatever.. for me I dont mix with such people, hence I have the right to avoid such people)

Note: I don't live in a rented apartment, so your being comfortable is not the issue.

Is there any reliable web designing firm in Nigeria, that can be contracted to create a website, particularly, in a situation where distance is a barrier?

I urgently need to launch an academic site, and I just discovered that majority of web developers seem to be resident in Lagos State, while I'm in far away Kaduna.

The issue now is trust. Should in case I decide to send the contents of my proposed site via email to any of these guys based in Lagos , considering that I can't travel to Lagos for that now, due to the nature of my job; Can I trust these guys with my high-value contents, for the purpose of developing my proposed site?
What if my content gets stolen, and subsequently used to create another site?

These and more are my fears. Because I wouldn't want to loose the contents that I spent sleepless nights to prepare to anybody.
Please pals...what should I do, for I'm in dilemma. I need your honest advice.
