Why I will be changing my nameservers from epik to other registrars.

After doing series of outbounds, I discovered one of my epik parked domain has over 40 marketplace visits (epik shows you number of park vists, whois check and marketplace visits for your domain names). Yet no one proceeded to buy. Price was also attractive. So recently I decided to prob further.

My discovery:
Epik displays estibot appraisal for every domain in its marketplace. The implication of this is that when a buyer vists the marketplace to purchase your name, they see the estibot appraisal (epik shows them) , which isn't a true reflection of the domain value. Imagine your name priced at $350 and epik-estibot appraisal is $50 or even $0. As it is in my case for one of my domains.

Aside the estibot appraisal, they also show some other stats about your domain which can inhibit sales.

Stats like Estibot appraisal, whois Visit, Marketplace visit etc. only show on your Dashboard not on the SSL Lander.

Can you share the screenshot of the domain name in question so that I will forward it to our Tech team for review.

Who has verified his account with Epik? I tried verifying with my Voter ID but it was rejected on the basis that they couldn't confirm the expiry date on the document.

You will see pushes in the Top row.

Click on "Pushes" and choose outgoing push.

Input the email account of the receiver in the empty box.

There is one thing I noticed about customise epik landing page, after the customisation the landing page stop resolving from my end, I contacted their support desk about it and they claimed it is fine from there end that I should clear the cache and stuff.
Why I raise this alarm is that I customise another of my domain and I still experience same thing. Am I the only one experiencing this?
Even I clicked on the www.crypto-Hardware.com still not resolving. Just want to confirm if the problem is from my device or not?

The problem might be from your device.

I was online during your live chat with Anand and I can confirm that the domain name you submitted resolve from my end.

Try using a new browser and see what happens.

As per ICANN rule, a name can only be transferred from one Registrar to another when it is at least 60 days old

Quick Fix Tell your buyer to create an account at Epik, then, you push the domain name to his Epik account

Yes, you can see stats like whois visit, park visit, marketplace visit.

Just login into your Epik account and click on the *Performance* tab, it will show you all the statistics you need

The price on Epik landing page changes based on the IP address and Browser of the visitor.

Be rest assured that your landing page will display dollar denomination when visited from a USA IP Address.

There is also an option for the buyer to select the currency of their choice at the bottom left corner

However, you will need to get approved before you can list Non Epik name on Epik Marketplace
