I'm having same issue as yours at the moment. Bought a name but someone else was faster, they said they've refunded the money to my PayPal account but I can't find it there. Although I can see the refund going from my instore account to my PayPal account but the problem is its not in my PayPal. Don't know what's going on. Make I dey watch.

Same happened to me yesterday. I outbounded to an ender and got a response within an hour. However, I wasn't notified when the mail came in.

I checked my email some 4 hours later only to see the mail sitting in my inbox. I responded with the speed of light, but got no reply from the end-user till now. shocked

LOL that was literally though, but then again it's okay to check if you have the time. Spam folders especially cos there's tendency to miss out on those ones

You'd only be notified on PayPal that you have been refunded, the refund goes directly to your bank account.

It happened to me, I couldn't find the refund on my PayPal balance, I received the alert from my bank after about 5 days.

More like the whole transactions seems unfair to the buyer due to the poor transfer process or maybe an unserious buyer,thereby initiating a refund.

Thanks for speaking out. At least now we know I wasn't making baseless complaints. Sadly no one here seems to be proferring a solution.
Even their appointed rep on this thread has ignored my mentions. No qualms.
