@hamid not yet compatible with n900. Ur phone is not a symbian operating system. Just hope there is a mobile tv apps for n900 in the near future

been receiving some funny phone call from different numbers but the voice sounds familiar,imean same voice,telling me that he is in warri and he wants the tv receiver, the same voice will call with another number saying he is in abuja, port harcourt,,he will be pretending as if he dosent trust me, he wants me to send the receiver b4 he makes payment,i know he is here in this forum, i no be mumu , i be comfirm omo ibo,if i no see my cash ,i no go send even the manual not to talkless of the device,crime/fraud no dey pay again, even if u play anybody today,i bet u say u must suffer for it

I just saw this thread today. I've been researching on the best phone to buy so I can enjoy DSTVmobile. Most of the phones have small screens which I detest due to my less-than-perfect eyesight.

I've decided to go for the Nokia N97 [with it's 3.5 inch screen] even though it requires the SU-33X TV receiver.

numaj how far,u don update ur n96? Its like mtn 130 to 131 50mb no dey work again. Use zain 1,000naira 1month browsing to update. Load 1k on ur zain line and type *141*712*4# then send

if the first one wey i talk no work, load 500 naira on ur mtn sim and activate 131 24hr browsing or load 1k on ur zain and activate their one month browsing, the type *#0000# click option>check for update>update the phone firmware. I remember encountering dat problem b4 on a friend's N96. I updated the firmware and it was ok. The update wont take more than 5 to 10mins

Try formating the phone and use mtn ACCESS to retreive subscription. Talk2medo asked u a question,which network are u using?

the tv apps is good and clear, but runs on wifi ,fast gprs,edge,3G connection,what i am trying to say here is the tv apps shows on tv when connected via tv out cable, but i am still trying to figure out why dvb-h dstv mobile aint showing on tv!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i downloaded al jazeera tv from nokia ovi store and used my office wifi connecetion and it worked perfect,i even connected it to the tv and it showed see pcs below

no idea of the price,but the phone no get tv out feature

how many of una test GLO 3G tv? ,then they only had 3 channels (CNN,SILVERBIRD,FASHION TV),WHICH ran ON 3g connectivity,if i load 100naira on my n70 then,i no go watch am reach 20seconds, i even called them and told them that it would be great if they would charge 1,500 per month, but they ignored me,imagine for just 3channels,look at mtn with DVB-H with 10 to 11 channels for 1,500 but free for now,for me i will vote for MTN!!!!
