fergie001: She is the second woman to be sworn-in as CJN
Landmark decisions Kekere-Ekun upturned the decisions of the lower Court and tribunal, thereby preparing and delivering the judgement that sacked Emeka Ihedioha and affirmed Odidika Hope Uzodinma as Governor of Imo State.
She also prepared and delivered the judgement that affirmed Yahaya Bello as Governor of Kogi State following the imbroglio between the APC & Yahaya Bello against James Faleke after the death of Abubakar Audu.
She prepared and delivered the judgement that affirmed ex-Osun Governor, Gboyega Oyetola against Ademola Adeleke in 2020, citing the absence of the Tribunal chair in one of the sittings.
Kekere-Ekun also prepared and delivered the judgement that affirmed PDP's Nyesom Wike against Dakuku Peterside in 2016, after the tribunal and Appeal Court had nullified Wike's victory and called for a fresh election. Everything was going smoothly until they mentioned uzodinma judgement I hands off.... Nigeria ya di ba |

Typing: Lies No be only bountiful harvest, na beautiful harvest. Person wey no get farm dey harvest?
These are Potatoes that were brought in from the North to East. Igbo people no dey farm and their land doesn't support farming.
As I am typing this, hundreds of Trailer loaded with Potatoes from the North are on their way to South East. In case you are looking for where to be buying potatoes at cheap rate, go straight to Eke Origbo market at Inyimagu community, Ikwo LGA of Ebonyi State. They produce it at all times as it's a riverine place. This picture showcases the 'ogbo' potatoes in the market. The market is Eke. It's either you go there on Eke market day or you arrange for off market buying. It'll be cheaper on the Eke market premises as pricing will be competitive. Here, you can also get natural fishes arrested live from the Oferekpe river in the same community connecting Cameroon through waterways, through speedboats. Ikwo is this resourceful and large...... So take a chill pile bro, with the new acquired planes been in place before December, readily make urself available sir, to come around... |

For starters she should have her own Chambers, with young lawyers working there. She's should use her position as a Prof to get closer to politicians so her Chambers can be contracted to represent them.
I still find it very difficult to believe that a woman of her status depends totally on her salary. This is how you guys encourage theft and corruption and begin to shout!. Did u even read at all? |

seunmsg: The national debt is inclusive of debt owed by sub national entities. This year alone, Abia state planned to borrow N200b local debt and N200 foreign debt. That makes it N400b debt this year alone. The state has about N200b debt already from previous administration and the projected revenue is less than N150b.
So you see, Buhari and Tinubu are not the only problem. Governors like Alex Otti, Mbah of Enugu etc with outrageous budget deficit plan are part of the problem. They deceive yourself |

But however, I still can't fathom the reason why a political party that is gunning for a very serious contest as Governorship election will fail to screen all the relevant sections of the law before embarking on such serious mission. Were they thinking that they could never win or what? Knowing fully well that even if you win, you can be removed by the court once the looser exploits that loopholes.
I see that as foolishness Don't be deceived... Same political party that gives waiver to candidate Even two weeks to an election and the same candidate emerges as a candidate and eventually wins election. All these courts sacking people unjustly go hear am soon |
