I thought this was a joke, but it has been confirmed by several international media. This 70-year-old Indian woman who gave birth to her first child with her 79-year-old husband has returned home with her newborn son.

Mrs Kaur gave birth to their son Armaan last month, thanks to IVF treatment, making her the world's oldest first-time mother. She and her husband, Mr Singh Gill returned to their home in Amritsar with little Armaan, showing off their bundle of joy, saying that their life is now 'complete'.

Brenda Anastasie Biya, daughter of Cameroonian President, Paul Biya has sent the internet buzzing with mixed reactions after she shared a video of herself smoking.

The video shows Brenda, who was born on June, 1997, puffing out a cloud of smoke from her mouth and nostrils as she nodded along to the music playing in the background.


This is not the first time Brenda makes news. A footage emerged earlier last month which shows the first daughter smoking with her friends. The video, like the new one also went viral and sparked uproar online.

Cameroonians on social media are blasting Brenda describing her 'unruly' behaviour, as improper considering her status in the society.

A day after the Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly and his deputy were impeached, heavy presence of security operatives is seen around the complex.

Police officials and those of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps were seen around the complex with arms, blocking access to the House of Assembly.

A five-day holiday had been declared by the State government, as a honour to the late Oba of Benin, the city where the House of Assembly complex is and the capital of the State.

A very young girl who is obsessed with s*x, has made a shocking revelation about her addiction as she grapples with it.


The 16-year old girl who was a victim of s*xual abuse made the shocking confession, saying that she cannot do without having s*x with men daily.


The young girl who came from Enugu to live with her aunt in Lagos after the death of her father, narrated how an old man, who was their neighbour at Mile 12, Lagos, lured her into s*x at seven and since then she cannot resist having s*x every day.


The primary school pupil said if she did not see any man to have s*x with her in her area, she would go to a popular under bridge at Mile 12 Lagos and beg for s*x from touts.


Her case has become so serious that she had to be referred to an NGO, Community Health Support and Empowerment Initiative, COHSAEI, which has taken up the challenge to rehabilitate her.

The little girl said she was lured into s*x by a man she called Baba who lived with her aunt in the same compound.


She said the man (Baba) usually called her to his apartment whenever his wife and her aunt were not around and will put his finger inside her private part.

“He will tell me to come back home immediately our school closes and when I reach home he will be waiting for me to finger me,” she narrated.

She said with time he started having real s*x with her.

According to her, when the man that initiated her into it moved out of their area, she resorted to meeting other men in the area without her aunt knowing.

She said she has become addicted to s*x and cannot do without it.


“When I desire s*x and I do not see anybody to do it in my area, I will go under the bridge and beg the touts to do it for me,” he said.

Her predicament came when she confessed to her teacher what she was going through after the teacher noticed some abnormal behaviour in her. The teacher contacted her aunt who contacted an NGO for assistance.


The programme coordinator of the NGO, Mrs. Priscilla Ingbia, noted that her case was very pathetic because of her age. She said her group took up the challenge to rehabilitate her because it was clear if nothing was done urgently her future was in danger.


She said her organization has started the process of rehabilitating her by carrying out series of tests on her to ascertain her health conditions.


Ingbia stressed the urgent need to relocate her from her present environment and start a new life for her.


She said her organization has not been able to do so because of the financial cost of doing so.

At least 359 policemen were killed on duty between January 2014 and April 2016, the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Solomon Arase, has said.

Arase stated this at a lecture he delivered at the University of Jos, titled: “Police and Public Partnership in Prevention and Control of Violent Crimes and Conflicts in Nigeria.”

He said that 272 policemen sustained various degrees of injuries within the same period, adding that the casualties occurred while intervening in civil conflicts.

The IGP, according to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), said the officers paid the supreme price “to enhance community peace and security in the country.”

He said the killing of police personnel had steadily been on the rise since 2009 due to terrorist attacks by Boko Haram insurgents in the Northeast.

Arase said police personnel required diverse skills to tackle modern crimes, “especially since criminal elements are arming themselves with more sophisticated arms.”
