I am a supporter of Peter obi and rooted for him to become president because it would go a long way in healing the wounds of this country. More so, Peter is not a bad candidate at all. But seeing this picture, I can't stop fantasizing the privileged and position God placed those children. Imagine your grand father as the president and kingmaker plus stupendous wealthy elder. It is God that giverh wealth and privileges. May God bless me to attain this height like asiwaju.

I am the sponsor of my wife and I lost my Job here last year because of Visa ban on Nigerian. Basically, it is my wife who is still working while I de hustly.

We applied in faith and God showed up. Like I said, we did not submit any other thing than my wife's 3 months payment slip and my sponsorship letter with an affidavit to back it up stating that I have over 150,000AUD which evidence shall be provided if needed.

No landed property was provided, No home ties whatsoever. In all, we give glory to God.

All these men should quickly go and allow this man to finish the work he started on a good note.. I am ibo and supported Peter obi because he is good in terms of looking into how money is being spent. But so far, I have not seen anything bigotry in tinubu's government. No doubt ... vocational schools are needed to equip the youths with the skills necessary in the smooth running of the society in the 21st century.
I'm not for de-emphasizing universities ... but they need to be reformed and be what universities supposed to be ... an institution for research , innovation and development. What have our universities been doing? ... what innovations have been made? ... is there anything new they have brought to the table?... or improvement on any product or method? Now we've just added 3 more universities. We need quality ... not quantity. Electric cars for the future.... environmentally friendly etc.... how are these cars going to be maintained if we don't have certified technicians? One idiot official recently said EV's only need like tyre and headlamp maintenance.
We cannot progress without skilled people.... regardless of who is President.

Honestly our rate of unemployment will double in the coming years from the way I see things. Ask yourself, where will the graduate work? I live in Japan and when I look around, there are numerous factories and industries where their people can find jobs. Aside bank, office assistant in few private companies, and sales rep in the market, where else can our people find jobs? One area I think tinubu should look into with utmost seriousness is vocational education. University education should be deemphasized. Let the minister of education come up with vocational centres where people can learn all thos trade that a in hot demand- engineering and construction, building construction, IT, agriculture, forklift and tractor driving, carpentry. I am so happy that our people currently are beginning to make it via carpentry and tailoring in Nigeria unlike previous years. We can't continue to read nonsense courses in the university after collecting this loan.

No doubt .... but loans given under what conditions? When the course is completed what are the job prospects in those countries? ... what are they in ours? What are their conditions for repayment?... what are ours? Most doctors in the US used student loans ... but be repaying for yearssss into their practice. Ours is two years after NYSC ... working or not. This will be too steep for the ordinary man ... but yet it is the ordinary man that is cheering the loudest. All that glitters is not gold.
And later on we will be wondering why a certified doctor turned kidnapper instead of practicing his craft.

This loan initiative is a good one. It will be very nice to work out modalities to make it succeed practically, let it not end on our usual magomago way of things. After all, laudable initiatives have been enunciated by previous governments without any effect when it comes to implementation. It's not a question of trading words of support with anybody as we are still in campaign. We are all Nigerians. The government should work towards building a proper data system. So far, tinubu policies are good.

Lol. Baba, that's what my friends have been saying. Marriage here does not translate to passport. . You have to live on a renewed vspousal visa every year. Any small thing, the girl will divorce you and the visa will be cancelled. Many Africans are trapped in loveless marriage that they are struggling to come out of.

Tensan Baba. Glad to hear from you again after many years. I can in last year October via the MEXT scholarship for my masters. I am surprised to read about Nigerian having the passport. I have never seen any. My professor said it's hard for Japan to issue passport like Canada, and they make the conditions too stringent. This is a great motivation.
