FBS:You have to look at the job market for your discipline. Mine was that of social science and to use it, I think going further to do PhD and eventually ending up in the academic world will be the cool thing. But I need money, international exposure and ultimately second passport. |
FBS:I want to move to Australia after my masters here because getting a Japanese passport is not attainable and Japan is not an ideal place to build wealth. |
This idiot can't stop disgracing himself in the name of speaking for expected political office. It's shameful that despite your huge educational exposure, you have contributed in dividing Nigeria more in this last general election. FFK was one of those I previously admired just because of his rich academic qualifications and certificates from high profile universities. I felt if such person should be privileged to have been to such schools and read history as well, he should understand Nigeria and work towards its development in all sincerity. But I am wrong though. Nigerian politicians and the wickedness in them makes them lose morality once they sense future political gains, they don't mind framing the diverse ethnic groups into fire. Anybody who truly loves Nigeria knows how deep issues of religion are. That is the country's fault line, not even ethnicity. I blame the illiterate electorates all over Nigeria that have allowed these wicked men to manipulate their emotions for political sustainance. |
Etinosa1234:oh. That means no need of your licence from abroad. |
Etinosa1234:lol. Bad guy 😂. Anyway, let me just get the license from Japan first. Shebi I can be applying for forklift role in Australia with it? |
Etinosa1234:lol. Baba this is scary oo. Was it after your training that you got the job or did you have previous experience driving forklift? |
bellong:thanks Baba. I am currently in Tokyo doing my masters and will be done by next year September. I saw an institute here that offer training and license after training in forklift and I just feel it may be worth giving a try for future opportunities. I don't have any experience driving before but they said the Training will last for four days. |
Even though I support Peter obi to be president, I must attest tinubu is able also. Remember he is the former governor of Lagos city and he is not a novice financially and politically. The contact, guy, creativity and impetus is there. I am sure he has penciled down technocrats to turn things around if he enters office. No need for all these media conflicts. What tinubu needs to do is to make politicians in his government realize the welfare of man is the ultimate. As for gbaja, he is like a son to tinubu. Very bright and have sound intellect. I think he is a dependable fellow. Nigeria will work and tinubu just need to create a government of national unity, not what we experienced from the outgoing administration in which many people that ought to be living and breathing by now have their lives cut short. |
I am not a supporter of violence. But Inrc should be held responsible for any eruption. How will you tamper with the process of selecting and conducting free election despite repeated assurances before the international community and huge cash budgeted for this election? What inec did is enough to cancel the election. But here we are. Just upload the result from the polling units immediately after elections across the country and whoever wins will rule. The seat is not the end of the world. Just do the right thing. |
No be today tinubu start politics oo. Man has been a political player since ages. |
bellong:wow. This is great bro. So once I get the licence here, can I apply for forklift job in Australia after my masters here? |
Hello guys. I want to ask about chances of getting work as a forklift driver in Australia. I currently school in Tokyo and I just enrolled in a forklift driving institute and will get the licence at the end. |
snowlordng:great. I wanted to ask same question. |
Bashet:you should read what he said and understand. You saw Peter Obi's name and replied out of emotion. |
Osinmeh should be careful not to get injury oo because it will be painful. |
Hbd to the boy. If it's davido son actually, then it's his blood even though he is not with the mother. As for ifeanyi, I feel for my brother. May your soul continue to rest in the lord. Only God knows the circumstances behind your death. All these fighting are as a result of fame and wealth. Sometimes if you are one of these women attached to a famous person like that, you find out you would v loved a more decent and fulfilled life if you marry someone, have your career and family. |
Bashet:lol. I am Igbo sha and its absolutely true we can be ungrateful at time. In terms of politics and alignment, I feel orji has more clout and connections than umahi. But he is tainted with corruption cases. So the image of him might not be too good. As for umahi, I feel APC might consider him more trustworthy. The choice is on the president and the party anyway. But I want tinubu to quickly avoid the mistakes buhari made and Kickstart the process of uniting and healing this country and not too many noise we witnessed in the last eight years with nothing to show for it. Too many golden opportunities to position the country frittered away due to nonsense bigotry, cabalism, incompetence and bad policies. |
Wow. It's great to find a thread like this about Denmark exist. Thanks for the wonderful exchange of ideas here. I am a Nigerian currently doing my masters in Tokyo, Japan. I will be done by September next year. Please is Denmark a cool place for me to transition and can I come for a second masters? Are there job opportunities for students? |
Bashet:appointment to sensitive positions are done to reflect ethnic balancing , not according to how each zone voted during election. Or do you expect that in a presidential race where candidates are fielded from diverse zones, votes from all regions will go one side? Na. That is not to say that Igbo senate presidency will alleviate the suffering of an average Igbo man. Ask the people of yobe state to know how far |
IyaebeTheGreat:no. You got it wrong. So do you support political game involving taking away the lives of people and inciting ethnic crisis? I condemn all these including the ones going on in the east in all its entirety. The purpose of politics is for the good of the people. Good roads, hospitals, schools, employment opportunities, all that will make life good. Why are these things an issue with Nigeria despite the endowments and opportunities that the 21st century presents? |
If Napoli can remain consistent with osinmeh and kvicha not getting injury from now, they can play in the finals. |
So no more free tuition. I think there would be less or no application from Africa as a whole starting from this year. |
Let me tell you guys, the match is programmed like this. |
Salah penalty miss looks like something done intentionally. |
If one examine the buhari eight years of rule, one cannot but realize how bad governance has continued to hinder us. I understand that buhari inherited a lot of problems. But how you not being able to solve the refinery issue for a whole eight years? Widespread corruption, insecurity at the highest level, a dived country, political rascality etc are the hallmark of the day. The Ukraine war presented opportunity for Nigeria to reap big from oil sales. But we are nut even producing up to the OPEC quota. Why? |
Zico5:I don't agree with you. It is not a must that APC will win in the two states you mentioned. I don't rule out the possibility of tinubu winning. But INEC clearly collaborated with the ruling party. How can you initiate bvas and still not upload results from the polling unit. What then is the essence of the free and fair election being shouted before the international community severally? With the sufferings Nigeria passed through in the last eight years, are you implying that APC can't be voted out power in a free and fair election, that they owned the people? |
I supported Peter obi in this election. I understand there are massive irregularities but I am not totally sure of his claim that he won the election. Obi should be cautious of everything including his personality and reputation. |
Considering the level of hardship that Nigerians went through for the past eight years, I expected massive vote against APC the ruling party. But the citizens have chosen to do same thing they are used to and expect a turn around. For your information, if you don't have international passport, use all your savings now to get one. If you are in the university, take your studies seriously and graduate with a very good grade so that you can try scholarships abroad. The kind of pressure Nigerians will put on embassies and high commissions in Nigeria eh, only God knows. It is clear inec is heavily compromised. Electronic voting is the way out. No wonder they keep treating Nigerians anyhow outside country. You can't blame racist white people. |
ZiggyMr:yes Baba. |
May their gentle souls rest in the lord. Their death are not natural. Clearly a case of bad governance. If we had transited to electronic voting, they would v made a decision from the comfort of their abodes. Likewise the current fuel issue. If the subsidy removed by Jonathan stood then, by now, it would v been a thing of the past. Thank god dangote is rounding off his refinery though coming at a time some external buyers are preparing to transition fully to electronic vehicles. Nigeria is too too cursed with bad leaders. With all these negative indices of bad leadership, will the people make a statement on Saturday? It's left for them. |
Get out of here Mr governor. We are tired of you always trying to show us your affinity with buhari. This is not what Nigerians need. who did you believe in when ASUU were on strike, and in the midst of the poverty going o |
