Two words. . . . Ancellotti out!
Is that the only solution every time?
Keep chopping and changing? Where do you go?

If he fires Ancellotti . . who do you hire?
Who would want to go and manage Chelsea when they know a bad season . . . and they are out.

That is another poacher Chicharito scored tonight.

I think his last 7/8 goals he's scored for club and country now have all been poachers . . . one touch finish.
Typical striker!

Rooney was good but Giggs, wow. He's amazing. cool[/quote]Are we sure he is truly 37?

I mean a 37 year old marshalling the midfield (central) in a big European night.
NO way is he 37? Phack me!!!

They all did great, but special mention for Rio. It was clear to me that d lad played thru d pain barrier for much of d game, so as not to upset d tactical plan laid out before d match. I am sure he probably might now be a doubt for d FA cup.
I hope its nothing serious.
Didn't think he would have played in the FA cup regardless.

I thought everyone today came to play.
Park's video should be used to coach kids about work rate, commitment and a never-say-die attitude.
He literally ran himself into the ground.

Semi's here we come.

Whilst nuccas iz scrambling to finish in the top 8, i have my eyes firmly fixed on top spot! cool

For the doubles i've got Cech + Luiz + Lamps on ma payroll from Chelsea, RJ + Carr from Brum, & RVP + Nasri from Arsenal, you only have RVP + Nasri. . . How you wan do am? cheesy

You'd have to take a 16 point hit to get where i'm already at!!

I probably won't even use my free transfer, so then i'd have two next week to bring in two players on doubles in GW34. . . I'm ten steps ahead of y'all nuggas! cool cool grin grin
Don't watch that son . . . it's not about the doubles, it's how they perform.
They could rake in 2 points from each game . . . whilst mine rake in 6 from one game.
This game is tactical mehn not gra gra. grin grin

Ibime:
This means that Borokiri Boyz will have a 3 point advantage over Gaylords next week.

And Avantgarde is playing A-11 (walkover), so Gaylords will be dragged back into the relegation mix with Avantgarde.
Bororo kiri is looking for teams to drop points so he could fight his way into the top 8
He is now plannning for my downfall. cheesy cheesy cheesy

Thank God for Duduspace. I foresee a walkover next week to edge Borokiri Boyz closer to qualification.
What annoys me is that a lot of nuccas have been getting free rides playing 'deadwoods' like DAvidylan, Mumuface and co.
Players that barely update their teams on a regular.

I've had to work hard for every 3 points I've gotten this season. grin
Not complaining though . . .I've always been at the top or thereabout since the season started. . . now that is CONSISTENCY!!!

Fergie said Rafael has to show him something special in training this morning before he'll change his mind to play him.
Rafael trained away from the team yesterday(did some light jogging).
And now if he doesn't make it . . . it looks like it going to be O'Shea.
O'Shea against Chelsea? sad sad sad sad

Only Tevez can rescue Debosky at the moment. That is if Carroll and Suarez don't do the damage at the other end.

Meanwhile, Borokiri with all hus mouth is getting his arse whooped as usual. . . But he's got a couple of players yet to play.
I must get into that top 8 by fire by force.

Fergie just confirmed he'll make changes for tomorrow's game against Fulham . . . not surprising, but I'm thinking there will be a lot of changes and I just hope it doesn't affect the dynamics of our team.

I don't think he will let Rio play 2 games in 4 days . . . he will definitely rest him. . . Smalling should replace him.
Seem like VDS aggravated his groin injury towards the end of that game . . . Kitkat should come in.
Rafael is out for the game but should be available for Tuesday . . . Fabio should cover even though O'Shea and Brown are now fit.
Not sure whether Giigs will play considering he played 90minutes at West Ham and SB. Scholes should prolly come in.
I'm sure Nani will get a start . . .maybe for Valencia
Berbatov will definitely play since Rooney is suspended.

I expect to see a minimum of 6 changes in total.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only (A New Strength, A New Hope). by chamotex(m): 3:34pm On Apr 08, 2011
I don't understand why some Arsenal fans are already giving up and losing hope. undecided
It's only 7 points . . . any slip up could make it 4 and with a game in hand.

There's still a long way to go.

BTW, what went wrong with Ando and Fletcher?

Chamo
You speak like you know not what difference form brings to one's game.
What you all spoke about is capability but all na nothing without form, confidence and composure
Never mind that fact that he was guilty of giving the ball away at SB in the EPL and some other games.
So don't speak about form as if to say without it, you can perform wonderfully!!
I get what you are saying but everyone loses the ball. Infact since he is our deepest midfielder and United play possession football, he is more likely to lose the ball than anyone else. Carrick's style is not to wack long balls forward.

Giggs and and Rooney especially have lost a lot of balls too recently if not more but because these guys get forward often and score fantastic goals or make an assist . . . they can make up for it.

Goalkeepers can make errors and make up for it with a fantastic save but it will be difficult for Carrick to do that since he doesn't get forward much to make substantial impact at the other end.

He does win a lot of tackles and interceptions which most people don't notice.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan Thread: In Fergie We Trust! by chamotex(op): 10:39pm On Apr 06, 2011
montelik:
Yeah Carrick performance was a big improvement. When he played that cross field 30 yard pass to let in Giggs for d goal, I almost had to check again to see if Scholes hadn't subbed on.
There is nothing wrong with Carrick . . . he is a silent worker.
No one sees the interceptions and the discipline he brings to our midfield.
He is the only one that is disciplined enough to sit and protect the back 4 out of all our CM's.
I'm not surprised Carrick made that pass . . . apart from Scholes or maybe Rooney, no one else has the ability to deliver that pass.
He has done it before numerous times.

What Carrick lacked before was form and a little bit of confidence  . . . niggling injuries at the start of the season didn't help.
Carrick still has it . . . he just doesn't get forward as much as he used to.
For me, the first name on the team sheet for the CM position has got to be Carrick.

Ferdinand's come back was a big boost tonight . . . paramount to keeping the clean sheet.

I think we threw caution to the wind in the second half and didn't get a second goal.
Thought Chelsea was there for the taking tonight. We could have tried harder for a second.

All in all . . . the game is far from over. Chelsea are capable of scoring at OT but the win is mostly important.
Come on you REDS!!!
