Concerning the PFA awards, I believe the voting system starts just after January . . . so it onlt accounts for the first 6 months of the season.

To me the first foul in which the ref awarded a FK just outside the box was a penalty to me.
If it's on the line . . . it's a penalty.
I think the ref knew he goofed on that . . . that was why he gave the second one.
