Thank God some of them have been arrested already, we must stop linking justice to ethnic bias, because when somebody talk of igbo marginalisation, how can states in igbo areas be developed if their governors are siphoning state funds, this problem must be tackled by making some people scapegoats and sending warning signals to others who want to be corrupt. I don't care about those who are arrested, as far as there are evidences against them.

What is needed is the political will of elected officials and cooperation from the private sector and the general public.

For a start why not start by cleaning up the dirty places and follow with infrastructural development. A private individual can contribute by starting a waste collectiona and disposal company and the rest of the public cooperate by not drop their shit around
