I think Africans should try to divert their energy to developing alternative sources of energy on the continent. Despite all the noise about global warming, fossil fuel consumption is not going to decrease in the nearest future. But it will be advantageous for us to start developing other sources now than concentrating on oil.

In Nigeria a lot of unfinished projects are all over. Federal Roads (OBJ spent more than $2b) and others, if the projects are not done or finished, where did the money goes? The pockets of corrupt politicians and corrupt businessmen.

Who say they not stolen? what about unfinished projects/contracts that let Nigeria's infrastructures dilapidated?

Billionaires in terms of dollars are in Nigeria, but there wealth are stolen so they don't declare them, and its not mandatory for them since they are not having publicly declared shares in public companies (they usuallcy use proxies).

But most of them may be exposed after their death like Rafik Hariri in Lebanon.
