Please what advice do you have for me who is 24, and still a virgin. I am asking you because I feel like I am a failure, because my neighbors are spreading rumors that I am homosexual. But I am not.

My father is a Professor. He doesn't give us orientation. Insults, and abuse are things he gives us. Whenever I call him on phone he will first abuse me and belittle me before answering me. All these have affected my mental health, and I don't have a balanced emotion.

Unlike other parents that support their children whenever they have altercations with their friends, or enemies my father will instead start abusing us. And say "did I not tell you not to go there"

Mother doesn't work, or make money, but prefer calling people "lazy"

Normally I don't communicate my feelings; I am just what Italian Mafians call "stomach man" That is people who swallow their feeling and thoughts. I am opening up because I am on high on Action bitters like substance

We don't go to village like other families; they tell us that it is because we have no car, and it won't be good to the ears that a whole professor has no car.


Any time money comes in the family mother will use it in buying herbal medicine. She said that we have infection. And when we marry we won't be able to sire children

When I got admission for into the university, I told her that wanted to leave alone in a lodge, and not the school hostel. She bullied, and abused me into staying in the school hostel.

I got admission in 2018, but my parents didn't allow me start school that year. I think they just wanted me to be fetching water for them. And when I started school in 2019, the hostel was full, and I had to attach in a room that already had 4 people in it.

Just like the sacrificial lamb in Jewish tradition, I was blamed for every misfortune in the room. From suspecting me of stealing ordinary file to stealing phone. I was innocent. And it shattered my confidence up till today.


In 200lv they said that there was no money for lodge, or hostel, and I should go attach myself in the room of any of the 100lv students.

I am 24 and stil a virgin.

Neither was I,but it got to a point I took a drastic decision to change my situation.
