I dissolved salicylic acid powder in PG with the aim of making a 2% face cleanser with it but got tempted and used it directly on one part of cheek that had textured skin. The solution burnt my skin because the concentration was too high.

The black patch was there for months until I used a fade cream to fade it away.

If u cant secure a partner now just make sure that wen u finally settle down u bring a person in with u so the the rent and other miscellaneous expenses can be shared, so that u can have savings to counter unforseen future occurrence.

When I said it in my thread that the rate at which houses are being demolished on the mainland, leaving a huge number of people displaced and exposed to danger on a daily basis is so alarming, some people called me a scammer. Now see..

I'm sure the thought of how to get a place with the high cost of rent is what made them stayed back even after being asked to quit the building.

The society and system is messed up.

Back in 2017 I got admission in the uni. unfortunately that same yr the fees was increased from 53k to 100k for non state students.. I was confused and frustrated on what to do as an orphan.


I came to this forum to solicit for assistance from well meaning members, from nowhere one lady with username Benita was the leader of assault team... I was called a beggar,scammer and all that, and the fact is that i asked that whoever borrow me the money I will pay back in two months time.... I was looking for 50k only.


I even presented my admission letter with my name clearly written yet the olosho won't let me n
be.


I cannot help but noticed that is ladies that are always at the forefront of calling people scammers on nairaland whereby they are the worst scammers of all.

Just ignore them and move on.

400k is not the actual rent. Its for a new accommodation after which you'll be paying like 250k annually.

If you say its not worth doing a job that amount in a place with such rent, where will now be worth it.

Ok, if I go to my family house at Badagry, the highest pay you can get there is 20k. I'm telling you as a graduate that is why my elder sister doesn't buy the idea of relocating and starting all over again. I'm even planning to help some of them over there secure a job here when I get settled in because the jobs there are nothing to write home about.

At least here now, theres hope of yearly increment which I believe by the time my rent is due, ill be earning 150k monthly and be able to sustain and still start other businesses I have in mind.

Its just the beginning that seems rough. Subequently, things will only get better. I believe.

Im amazed at their reactions to my post here. I only thought to share but the backlash I've been getting is even more disturbing than my predicament.

People are going through a lot they can't share with others because when you share, people will call you a thief, scammer and all sorts of defamatory words and still won't help you. So they prefer to quietly end it.

Now everyone will say, he had a good job bla bla bla.. but they won't know that sometimes it goes beyond your physical/social status and disposition. smh...

People can add to your depression and make you end it all. That must have been this man's case because if he had someone encouraging him, he wouldn't go this way.

How much is my savings? 100k.
The 7k on top is for feeding and TP.

If I get my pay this month and add 50k, that's 150k and I'm looking for at least 400k ( total package) for a single room selfcon and even if its a face me I face you which is very scarce as most of them have been demolished around here, ill need like 220k for total package while selfcon is around 250, 300 minus agency and agreement fees. So That amount will not even go anywhere.

People keep talking about meeting colleagues and friends like its easy or iv not done all that.
I already mentioned all that experience in my first and second thread.

You will never know how a situation feels like until you're caught in it. So its easy to just throw questions around like a detective when you're not the one wearing the shoes.

I thank God. The thing is, the pay just got increased and I need an apartment like right now. I was able to save up to this amount before the salary got reviewed upwards. So to build it now to get to the amount I need for the accommodation will take another three months and I need an apartment like now now now.. that's the ish here.

He's referring to one woman who just came to rant about shared apartments in some areas without specific details in any particular order.
She even said some of the rooms are available for 70k per month. For just a bed space o.

So if I'm earning 97k, and I take up a bed space for 70k per month, what sense is in that one? That's the offer this guy is referring to.

I may be temporarily displaced but I'm not stupid or senseless to go for such offers.

Let me build and get a more decent apartment where I can move in with all my belongings for good.
