Hi Channah1, I think you can give Nairalanders or your colleagues the option of lending you the money with a payment plan. Arrange to meet in an open place of your choice, sign an agreement and all other necessary things.
The honest truth is times are hard and parting away with any sum to known people no matter how little is not easy, how much more a total stranger in a faceless forum. If you give the option of genuinely paying back, I think more people will be willing to help.
