In many recent designs it's seems really hard for one to find large to very large closets built-in to the walls completely.....
Why is that so?

Sometimes provisions are not made for it from the architectural design

Secondly, most people prefer having the wood feel of the wardrobe panel over wall.

With your said monthly income you won’t have issues raising the building to carcass level, especially if you will consider mono pitch roof

For instance with 900k you can get atleast 20tonnes of granite and remaining for reinforcement. (Say half ton) and add to your sand cement. You are atleast 60% ready for your foundation

Unless you are buying a pre made plan, there’s no fix price for a proposed plan.

The price will depend on the complexity of your design, and if you are just looking at a 2d drawing or wants a 3D visualization of the project
