HOW IS IT CALCULATED?

WITH THE AMNESTY GIVEN BY LAGOS ENDING IN JULY 31 , DOES THE AMNESTY PERIOD NOT WAIVE OFF THE BETTERMENT FEES

IS ONE GOING TO PAY FOR THE BETTERMENT FEES?

THE LOCATION IS IBEJU-LEKKI AND ANY RATE FOR SUCH A LOCATION FOR BETTERMENT FEES PAYMENT.

PLEASE I NEED HELP IN UNDERSTANDING THIS.

Our client, a Nairalander is really doing a marvelous job on this

D' Refurbishment project

We redesigned this 2 bedrooms bungalow to 4 bedrooms bungalow.

It is worthy of note that only less than 5 meter length of wall will be taken down to enable a seamless connection between the existing and newly attached structure.
That alone helps us keep the structural integrity of the existing building, and the part where our client will love "Save him cost".

I plan to start this project soon. Please, what corrections would you advise me to make on this plan? Thank you in anticipation for your advice.

There's need for your master bedroom to be cross ventilated
To many exit/entry doors into the building ( security concerns).
I am also considering the cost of construction, this plan will cost more to build than an average 4 bedrooms bungalow

Oga your ways are suspicious. How could madam room be that faraway from your room but you decided to place visitors room next to yours?

Unrelated tho
I think in Nigeria, the concept of master and madam bedroom is usually judged based on the room size, the biggest room gets the tag master, followed by madam,it is not necessarily because of its function.

Our culture demands that husband and wife share same space and be in each other business , we believe it helps create Bond and conflict resolution easier. So the idea of master and madam bedroom is not well founded in our culture.

We have a four bedroom bungalow during rain season we don’t get to use the 2 rooms at the down part of the house , is it possible to break half of the house and make it one storey building?

Shedding more light as to the exalt reason why you are not able to use the two rooms will help us understand the problem before advising..
However, please be cautious about converting your bungalow to a storey building, it might not have been designed for that and won't be sustainable.
But if you are Keen on converting, get a resident structural engineer to come take a look and advise properly.
