900 × 1200 room window size okay for both day light and ventilation

900 x 1200 window is great size for daylight inflow
However, proper ventilation focuses more on the number of window and positioning than the size.
if you are very particular about ventilation, then you should consider and ensure that the room is cross ventilated, such that you will have two windows, where fresh air comes in from one and pushes hot air out from the other.

No it can’t
But you can get 1 unit of 2bedrooms and 2units of mini flats

Basically there are two type, one is normal polished the other is super polished or nylon face as most sellers calls it.
The reason why yours might be abit dull can be because it’s not the same brand as this,

This is Goodwill and it’s not even super polished, super polish shines way more than this.

I am interested to know how much to get this done. I have half plot of land can this design work on it.

This particular design cannot fit on half plot, but we can come up with 2unit of 2 bedrooms and 1unit of mini flat on a 30X120 (half plot)

We have spent close to 25,000,000 to this stage, including fence rails, gates and water tank.

The Answer you seek lies in two places
1) the floor plan
2)the nature of your land (sloppy or flat)

However for a basic 2bedrooms bungalow to finish, keep atleast 4m.

Attach is a 2 bedrooms designed by us with flat roof and construction cost is way above the 2m threshold

The only person I blame for all these Negative stories every now and then is the moderator Lawyer (who in my opinion does nothing) and by extension Seun.

Well, Seun has released a statement, I hope he does what's needed in property section.

Lawyer - no offence taken, but I've never seen a post where you try to stop these things happening or where the post of a suspected fraudstar is taken down.

On many occasions, I've put out a tutorial and it keeps getting blocked by the BOT (a simple tutorial) - in other forums, the mod notice the wrong blocking and make the post life... But never in property, it sometimes discourages one putting a post forward.... Yet in same forum you see a lot of 'suspected fraudstar' having a good day....
