note, the doctor did not tell me i have copd, all the symptoms points to the ones i got on google ON COPD

i have been having some problems with my airways. i have been to the hospital twice for treatment but symptoms returns after finishing my drugs. symptoms include wheezing sound, tightness around chest, mucus around throat. i do feel this symptoms once or twice a day. it comes like an attack but disappears after 30 to 45 minutes... my throat feels as if it is swollen thereby preventing easy breathe. thanks
