RomanceRe: What Do Girls Gain In A Relationship Without Allowance Or Money From Their Bfs by charlesditro: 7:42am On Sep 24, 2014
LifeIsGuhd: In response to Ezegozie, I created this thread!
I am really asking because i think some Girls are being used to achieve Sexual needs.

Take for instance, a student that is probably not going to marry in the next 5yrs.
And he is in a so called relationship; he doesn't spend on her, no allowance, yet a bleepful (sexful) relationship and every other sexual activities.
But she washes his clothes, does every domestic chores around his home and also satisfies his private needs!

Let me ask you officially

what do you gain from such a parasitic relationship ?

For the Boys, If you are not ready to spend on her, why are you ready to demand for sex?
The sex is mutual, if she doesnt deliver I could get it elsewhere so she had better comply. the domestic chores she takes care of wasnt influenced by me, she loves me she does dem, I love her I treat her gud which includes shoping, presents and stuffs. About the allowance and monthly salary thing the last I checked I wasnt her father or her employee, so what service am I really paying for? What a relationship need is honesty and sacrifices otherwise na contract (mutual interest).

Krak: Sit down there and keep talking.

Guy Boko Haram is changing before our very eyes from a rag-tag guerilla group into a conventional and formidable military force.

They are also changing tactics from pure guerilla hit-and-run attacks to more conventional way of fighting and they have embarked on holding territory and spreading their hold to the next one.

I predicted (5 years ago) that this would happen and even informed my friends in the SSS so that our military could plan ahead and prevent such bit unfortunately nothing seem to have being done.

Let everybody in every nook and crany of Nigeria be concerned about what is happening in Borno State. If our Army is defeated there then the whole Nigeria is gone. It would just be a matter of time.

Pls you can quote me anywhere on this.
just like the Isis group dey are inspired but still GOD will not do for Nigerians what Nigerians must do for themselve, if the Nigerian gorverment are meaning to put an end to this terror group whome where believed to be hiding in the desert forest of sambisa now establishing a territory in gwoza then I dont think anything good will com out of 2015. Hint: they the BH boys can expand for all I care but the middle east will always be the GODs own state. ISREAL»ANAMBRA.
FashionRe: African Ladies Spend Over $7billion On Wigs, hair, extensions And Relaxer. by charlesditro: 9:23pm On Aug 12, 2014
MiguelMi6: https://files.radar.ng/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/hair-extension.jpg
With all the skill of a master weaver at a loom,
Esther Ogble stands under a parasol in the
sprawling Wuse market in Nigeria’s capital and
spins synthetic fibre into women’s hair.

Nearby, three customers – one in a hijab – wait for
a turn to spend several hours and $40 to have their
hair done, a hefty sum in a country where many
live on less than $2 a day.
While still largely based in the informal economy,
the African haircare business has become a multi-
billion dollar industry that stretches to China and
India and has drawn global giants such as L’Oreal and Unilever.

Hairdressers such as Ogble are a fixture of markets and taxi ranks across Africa, reflecting both the continent’s rising incomes and demand from hair-conscious women.
“I need to braid my hair so that I will look
beautiful,” said 25-year-old Blessing James, wincing as Ogble combed and tugged at the back of her head before weaving in a plait that fell well past the shoulder.

While reliable Africa-wide figures are hard to come by, market research firm Euromonitor International estimates $1.1 billion of shampoos, relaxers and hair lotions were sold in South Africa, Nigeria and Cameroon alone last year.It sees the liquid haircare market growing by about 5 percent from 2013 to 2018 in Nigeria and Cameroon, with a slight decline for the more mature South African market.

This does not include sales from more than 40
other sub-Saharan countries, or the huge “dry hair”
market of weaves, extensions and wigs crafted
from everything from synthetic fibre to human or
yak hair.

Some estimates put Africa’s dry hair industry at as
much as $6 billion a year; Nigerian singer Muma
Gee recently boasted that she spends 500,000
naira ($3,100) on a single hair piece made of 11
sets of human hair.

The report also included the staggering numbers
for hair products in the United States: In one clue to
the potential for Africa, market research firm Mintel
put the size of the black haircare market in the
United States at $684 million in 2013, estimating
that it could be closer to $500 billion if weaves,
extensions and sales from independent beauty
stores or distributors are included. What is certain
is that Africa’s demand for hair products,
particularly those made from human hair, is only
growing.

And like I said, maybe female gender suppression is not an issue
Since it is mostly but not only restricted to the north (the same north that is 60 percent of Nigeria). As long as we have a few places where women are given as much recognition and respect as men.then it'all good

francababy: I have 2 bosses in the office. Two men. One is ok. He minds his business, delegates responsibilities, gives targets etc. The second one is very close to a vampire. He yells on per second billing. He will threaten you with your job to the extent that you will feel unemployed and you will be forced to search Nairaland for job openings. The best days we have at work is when he goes to another state on official assignment.

If I am suddenly promoted to become the oga of this man, I will sack him instantly through BBM. No time to write sack letter. No bonus, no gratuity. The best I will do is to recommend him to NURTW Oshodi.

If you become promoted to become the boss of your current boss, what will you do to him/her?
simply be his or her boss.

Christianity EtcRe: What Have You Suffered For Christ? by charlesditro: 12:52pm On Oct 06, 2013
I pray this comment wont be in vain, its because of people confused as us thats why christianity has too many faces. As it was in the time of jesus there were people who actually seemed to know every thing (The pharisees). This people were our ministers of today who did nothing but brought confusion to its followers and still yet they hated him because they hated the truth. The question is what is this truth so much emphasized that jesus brings? This truth is not whether you suffer or not, it is not how righteous you appear before men or whether you seat amongst kings and get the best seats in the council of elders. Christ died because he is a friend of the people, power of the people because he united them all to himself because of the love he had he shared amongst all and brought hope for a new kingdom, this kingdom is called LOVE and it is this kingdom the evil, wicked and the darkness detests. Love is the greatest commandment in its absence comes confusion. Praise jesus amen.

Christianity EtcRe: The Ariel Soap Rumour & Isaiah 29? by charlesditro: 9:15am On Aug 24, 2013
toba: This may sound funny.

Couple of years ago, In fact it’s close to 20 years ago(in the late 90s) that I was in my grandma's place and a pastor came to pray for the family and after praying, he decided to share the word of God with the family.

He took his bible and told everyone to read Isaiah 29 which centered on the curse placed on the city of Ariel. He then convinced us not to use Ariel detergents any longer.

To be candid, I don’t know if the family heeded back then or not. Yesterday again,, i was studying and then flipped to Isaiah 29 and recalled the incident of close to 20 years ago and laughed.

But seriously is there any correlation between the Ariel city cursed in the bible and Ariel detergent by Procter & Gamble.
Someone once told me years ago that Procter & Gamble claimed that they give certain % of their earnings to the devil/Satan. How true or how false, i don't know.

To have an idea of how long this is, see the below article

Read more on http://urbanlegends.about.com/od/business/a/procter_gamble.htm

Here's what the bible says

Isaiah 29

My questions are

1) Did you hear about the rumour back then?
2) If you did, what was your reaction?
3) Is there truly a correlation between the Ariel in the bible and that of P&G?
4) Why did P&G choose the brand name Ariel as against any other non controversial brand name?

This thread is just for discussion.
Bros do u know how much dey sell garri in the market or the state of unemployment rate in 9ja. I presume u have a job and then u took a little time out ur free time to know how stup!d nigerians are.
