BlackManta:i laugh when i read that. Tenet wey i just dey pause and rewind to grab the concept and even at that i still can’t accurately explain that movie to another person. There was nothing complex in ZSJL time travel other than the effects used. |

Unfortunately so many factors would work against Kante other than his color, brand marketability, and, his position as a player while good isn’t as eye catchy as other areas of the pitch and that’s why goal scorers will always have the edge. Modric won because he was the star of the Croatian team, the captain too and while he didn’t win the World Cup eventually, he was instrumental with his fancy techniques and goals; also not forgetting he plays for RMadrid, a team with the pull to give you that award. Besides Ronaldo had just left Madrid making it easier for Modric to lay claim. Kante in France has to compete with Mbape, and even Benzema who have the allure of the media and fans. If France wins, and these guys get the goals, Kante would be appreciated but the strikers will be on the front page with a bigger space allotted to them for their prowess. Best i see Kante achieving is a nomination and perhaps top 3-5 which isn’t bad. My opinion tho, anything can happen. |
Yusman316:i mentioned something similar saying it’s almost always difficult for a first time finalist to beat a former winner in the ucl no matter how in form. But sha it’s football, anything can happen and there’s the second half |
I once said ucl mostly never favors first time finalist. Seems to be happening again |
Starz825:funny enough that's true. spanish teams mostly do know how to win finals, and people at times forget the final is just one match and at times isn't based on form of either teams but on approach mixed with luck. There's a reason they say Madrid don't play finals, they win them. The madrid liverpool final was like that-liverpool tipped to rip madrid to shreds due to their gen gen attack until it happened for Madrid. Best thing that could have happened to man city was Madrid not getting to the finals. |
ivolt:hehe....damage control. Garba's job is one hell of a job. ![]() |
paulolee:thanks. fanatics will always be a part of football discussions and there’s almost nothing we can do about that. |
paulolee:zlatan doesn’t have the numbers, trophies, career and records those two have so no way his name will be brought up despite the fact he’s won the league. I could say same for Coman in Bayern and Vidal in italy-they win wherever they go. Messi/Ronaldo are adjudged to be the best players in the world so the best way to rank them is to find what differentiates them uniquely. While Messi is brilliant and have no problem with people who chose him as the best, but repetitive becomes specialization and that’s what he is in Spain. No matter the setup, coaches and behind the scenes, he’s already specialized in the art of la liga having spent over 12 years playing there. Ronaldo on the other hand by virtue of how his own career kicked off took a different approach. It’s easy to say he went to world class clubs, but we’ve seen world class players go to top clubs and flop or fail to live up to the desired expectations as a result of unexpected variables, Hazard being the latest example. Madrid was ridiculed in Europe when Ronaldo arrived despite the fact that Manutd at that time was the better team and had to wait 4 years to win ucl, he worked his way up the ranks at Manutd and decided to freestyle in Italy. This is not to say should Messi move away from Barca he won’t succeed. Statistically he should, but statistics is merely hypothesis and there’s a scenario he fails too. His time with the Argentinian team also provides an alternate view. So in the end, all we have about Messi’s ability outside of Spain is just guesses. Also he’s scored more goals against epl team than people who played in epl isn’t an accurate judgement. There’s a difference playing with Barcelona against a team in England and playing against English team in an English based club. The adaptation, training methods, scheduling, etc. like i said before it’s not a given that Messi can’t do it. It’s highly possible he can. So did Ronaldo fail in his goal in Italy? Perhaps so. Cos we expected more from him in the ucl given his past heroics, (at least he never did promise publicly to bring ucl to turin he merely promised to challenge giving his best). But on an individual level, he was successful. Personally i feel Ronaldo should leave except he wants to see out his contract, he’s done well given the squad Juve has. Juve is in the process of rebuilding and a 36yr old Ronaldo shouldn’t be a part of that. Let me just try and enjoy football wherever he can by winning now rather than later. I feel at the end Ronaldo will sit back and look at his career and be much more fulfilled given the collection and variety of trophies and records he achieved. And unless Messi wins at least a copa with Argentina, that stigma will always go with him and fans will have a life long task of defending him. P.S. Messi is great but i prefer CR7. There’s no point arguing over |
hmm...heaven help him when he falls |
kenneth2057:original sells for around 105k, used for 80k (battery life will be tricky to determine). The best method to know original is to find the serial number of the device and run it through checkcoverage.apple.com. others can be the casing/pakaging, charging port, slight difference in the AirPods itself. But there are supercopies that damn near looks just as good as the original and the only to know it isn't is to test the features and see how well it works. if all you're interested is in listening to audio with good bass and making calls with comparable battery life to the og AirPods pro, then getting the super copies isn't necessarily a bad thing since people are constrained with money. But if features like transparency, noise cancellation, spatial audio and software updates are more important the apples own is better. Even the aforementioned features are available on certain copies but vary in terms of effectiveness with the original but that's a trade off for the price you pay. there's a post of someone here selling copies of the pro. https://www.nairaland.com/6308758/quality-airpod-pro-super-clone you chat him up to know more about his good |
Just buy the original. if you can't afford it, there are clones that have good battery life but they don't come at that 6k price pic you put up there. You'll see good ones around 20k |
Don't knowing you've seen this already- Elementary. Although it's a show and not a movie, it's a modern day take on Sherlock Holmes character working as a consultant to solve cases for the NYPD. it's way different than the traditional Sherlock stories. |
Good morning phone engineers, how much will it cost to change the screen off ipad air 2? Although the touch still seems to be working

Akwamkpuruamu:lol make he no waste that curse. the curse no get visa to travel that far. |
Proflere:Perez’s too proud to admit that. Madrid and Ronaldo made a mistake. None have benefited handsomely from the divorce. S for Hazard, he’s lucky there are no fans. Doesn’t know what it means to wear the white shirt of Madrid. Lacks the ambition to go beyond limit and that’s why his records in the ucl are throwaway. It’s funny people give him the excuse of injuries and yet were quick to put Bale to sword over his injuries too. |
Perez better buy reinforcements after this season cos depending on Hazard who has a less glamorous career in the ucl just won’t cut it. Man was even smiling chatting with old team after the loss. Seems he doesn’t know he now plays for Madrid who demand nothing short of best. He’s lucky this is the COVID-19 period else he’d have faced the wrath of the fans like other players have before him. |
Looking at the stats, Hazard was never prolific in the ucl and it’s silly of Madrid to think he was the one to lead the team to another after Ronaldo. |
Martinez39s:Zidane lost it. He didn’t learn from the first leg. That man’s stubbornness strong |
Damn Hazard shamed us all. Ronaldo, Perez and Madrid still no win from the divorce. |
Chelsea absolutely deserves this win. ZZ and his stubborn head did nothing to change the dynamics. Madrid was playing fine and scaling without Hazard until he decided to be fit |
Damn ZZ is just so stubborn. |
shurch:true. Vini is ineffective from there. Madrid’s played this season without Hazard so they might as well just take him out and let vini do his thing, at least he’s showing up more than Hazard |
ZZ is using the same formation as first leg which clearly made the players uncomfortable. It’s clear Militao is struggling as well as Mendy. But the worst is Hazard who has once again just failed. Perhaps Madrid should count their loss on him. |
Psg lacked the right mental approach to this game and have been like this when stakes are high. They were a goal behind and needed to play this carefully but instead played solo, Neymar being chief culprit. You can’t win the ucl like this; they lost the final last season with this same mindset. The ucl is tough to win, there’re ups and downs on the way to victory and only with the right mindset can you navigate your way to the final and win especially when you reach the semis and final. P.S. Neymar is……. don’t even know what to call him. Time and time again we’ve seen how this plays out with him. When will he grow? |
Psg should free Neymar after this season |
Starzo:Like Messi didn’t win without winning ucl |
Except Neymar has a change of heart on his decision to choose flamboyance over directness, then PSG’s fate is sealed before the start of second half. Something’s up with him, he wanted to lead and still just can’t be the man. Under Messi his head was a bit correct but now he’s solo he just can’t inspire the team. |
Saturday mornings i love to go back to my foundations of rap, bump some of that g-funk

DubaiLandLord:i don’t bet. I only made an observation. Doesn’t make it a certainty. |
