I believe all jpy pairs did a late week bullish retracement to continue the sell rally this week.

Usdjpy got to the price of interest. My short order has been filled. We'll watch to see how the week unfolds.

If the trade is correct, I'll take profit after the first expansion on D1 has been filled(should be about 600pips). If there is a retracement from there, I may enter again to fill up the second expansion.

Blue pips to us all!

My thoughts on oil as the new week sets to begin;

Last week's thursday's and Friday's bullish rally was in any case later than i anticipated and the week closed in what ordinarily I would call a failed swing. But looking at the weekly candle, i will think otherwise on going fully short.

The week ended with a new liquidity pool created @110 and i will like to see early week trading aiming for higher prices to add to the liquidity pool at $116 before going short again to $100 where there is a new demand window.

But whereby the week begins with trading into discount, we may see a repeat of last week's price action.

May we get lucky again this week!

NASDAQ, S&P 500 vomit pips too but very fast ehn.

Price action is very clean.
I'm too attracted to volatile pairs even when I know they burn a lot.

I just got stopped out and done for today.

But honestly with you posting these, i could learn to become a daytrader myself given the demand to be flexible as I prepare for prop firms.

EurJpy has melted since I projected but i didn't take the trade because of fear of a mistake. But i have observed that i win more trades with pending orders at significant supply and demand windows.

I will improve sha. So much to learn.

Yesterday's high has been taken already. I'm in the buy as at now and I've taken partials profits of 45 pips and moved the stop loss 10 pips above my entry already.

Why did I join the buy contrary to what I expected to do yesterday today? @charly20

The daily started with a drop as soon market opened 12am Nigeria time till after the PPI news release at 1:30pm.

I expected the yesterday's high to be swept first and then reversed but the market went for the manipulation all through the London morning session and into NY morning that is on now and reversed up to take out the high of yesterday which is very logical then to go fill up both the H1 &H4 FVG.

I took my partials profits of 45pips the moment the yesterday's high was taken.

I'm expecting it to run up to close up the H1 FVG completely and the H4 too. Then I'm out for the day.

And if it refuses to reach that logical target then I'll be stopped out at plus 10 pips profits locked already as I type this.

@charly20 The market should go to your target of last week high but it might not be today but be cautious of the last H4 FVG before the last week high if it's 100% filled.

Just taken another partials of 60 pips profits now.

Why take partials?

I'm a day trader and I'm taught by my mentor to always pay myself at every short time high/low and old high/low.

So I pay myself as I my trade runs in profits.

This has been helping against my fear of my trade turning against me.

Also I could see the orderblock at H1 has been touched and the price is reacting to it.

My stoploss still remains at plus 10pips above my entry.

At this point if the market turns against me I've got nothing to lose.

Excellent.
I saw the bullish reversal at the 50% fib mark of yesterday's candle but i prefer OTE. 50% exposes me to larger risk so I don't usually take them.

This will leave me with just my initial position from $96 and of course my SL at 10 pips profit too till $116. Maybe not today,maybe tomorrow but i shall exit in that liquidity pool.

I guess the week has been good

I have just one last jpy pair that may still be at the beginning of the bear party....UJ

If the trade is entered correctly,i do not see any resistance to the weekly expansion. A free fall is likely and i want to enjoy it .

My eyes on 132.80 round figure. Already in a sell for Chfjpy.
Next jpy pairs on the list are AJ,NJ,cadjpy and GJ. All setups are still according to the one i posted several days ago.

This month go good sha.

So I was unable to get the other jpy pairs to comply save for cad and CHF--- 700+ from them both and running.

Oil is risk free so I no mind . If opportunity commot, I'll add.

EA looks good but it hasn't really run yet.

My chart is purely plain, I mean naked. No trend lines and non of those stuffs you know.

I trade just pure price ( not candlesticks pattern) as it relates to time. Hence I trade only on London and NY session both morning and afternoon.

The $100 price was the precise discount today as the bias is bullish.

As the news release at 1:30pm was used to drive the price to the discount before going up with a push to the up side to get likely to the CE of H4 fvg.

The discount offered today was a deep one in order to flow with the bullish daily bias move.

You see, I shortchanged myself today by entering the market at the later end of the London morning session just to ride the bull run when I ought to have waited for the manipulation of the 1:30pm news and enter at around $100 or thereabout and confluencing with an orderblock at both 15 and 5 minutes TF that served as speed bump for the fall of price due to the impact CPI news release.

I only got 30 pips out of today when stopped out instead of at least 100 pips I envisaged. As at now it has gone more than 200 pips and still going up.

I could've reentered but then I was shuffling between my trade and the FTA competition today.

And more importantly I didn't want to chase the price.

Also I open only one position on BRENT and WTI each on a day I trade.

So I stuck to some of these my trading rules.

Oil is so good to trade IF ONLY you are in the right flow of the price of the day.

Somehow, i don't mind the news at all. I just trade according to my setup.

But I hope that before the week's close we will trade past last week's high.

I will close my swing at $116 then i will wait for the $120 manipulation before shorting.

I'm a naked chart trader.

I have been on a swing for about two weeks. On this week's open, price dropped significantly (more than i expected even) and sought to close up a fair value price but i miscalculated my entry and stop loss for a second position.

$99 would have been fine discount price but i missed it. Maybe $100.

I think letting yourself see all your options can help you let trades pass without frets.

Oil retraced almost 100% into discount and i sought to add an extra position yesterday. Got knocked out this morning.
Did it hurt? Yes . Will i fomo? Hell no!

I've got over a dozen pairs to pick from and if oil doesn't give me favourable entry,I'll let it run with only one position.

One thing is having several options and another is the ability to control your appetite for them.

We will be better, uncle sam

This USOil, I never ever trade am before. Is it as deadly as US30 also? How can 0.01 lot size vomit that much profit. And which Broker's platform are you generating this from, master?

Its a volatile asset, yes but compared to indices I'm not so sure.

I blew the first account i started out with from last year because the least lot size was 0.5(ic.markets) but ex.ness seems to be able to provide micro lots for even the most volatile assets.

PS: I think I'm far from being a "master"
