Let me tell you a real life story of a friend, Amanda Chisom.
She passed a Shell scholarship test from SS2, when she HAD NOT WRITTEN WAEC. You know what? Her principal wrote a letter to the Shell Scholarship people (I have to run away from the word board), stating that SHE WILL PASS HER WAEC! She had not written the exam o! THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE LETTER FROM BUHARI'S LETTER FROM HIS PRINCIPAL!
So, from all indications, BUHARI HAD NOT TAKEN WASC AS AT 18th October, 1961. BUHARI LIED!
