Definitely you know nothing about football. Yekini is the all-time top scorer for eagles. Your Iwobi and co put together can't even go close to Odegbami. it's a slap comparing Yekini to these flat head strikers. |

Canada. US immigration law is wack for blacks at the moment. Norway is also one of the best places to hustle but language barrier. Though lots of them speak English but they give preferrence to those who speak Norwegian. 1 Like |

lekki1444:Most people travel abroad to make money and not to move there permanently because it's easier to make money outside Nigeria. And move back to retire home. Not only Canada (it is common among Nigerians in Western countries). The Nigerian blood still lives in us. We only want to make the legal money that Nigeria would only permit fraudulently. The fact that Nigerians all over the world go back home after making money doesn't mean Nigeria is the anywhere near the best. But the love for Nigeria can't be measured. That's why you see Nigerians abroad still coming to Nairaland just to check on their beloved country. For example: Nigerians working in Lagos would prefer to settle in their home town after retirement. Even Chinese also do this. Nigerians are not alone in this. Again, a lot of them also burn the bridge and decide never to go back. I know someone who burnt his Nigerian passport after he got his Canadian passport. Mikel Obi patiently sat on the Chelsea's bench and got his British citizenship and still invests in Nigeria from afar. He wouldn't have made those millions he's investing if he kept playing for Eyimba. Even at that, his father was kidnapped twice in your eldorado Nigeria. The goal is make money, secure your life and family's then others are additions. If their investments don't work out as planned or Fulani herdsmen/ Boko Haram decide to attack them or their businesses, they will take the next available flight back to the Canada that gave them the millions. 7 Likes 1 Share |

lekki1444: Okay nice assumption that I've never been to MMIA. But why are Nigerians always complaining about taxes? You pay tax home and abroad. The Nigerian taxes have no record and you pay twice for it. Your taxes doesn't work for you in Nigeria but it definitely works for you in Canada. Why do Nigerians hate tax? Nigerians in Toronto look disheveled? And the Nigerians living in Nigeria who can't afford 3 square meal look pretty cool to you? The jobless folks in Canada get 3 square meals from food banks but can you say the same about their Nigerian counterparts? The same Nigeria where graduates are being paid lower than minimum wage? Nigeria where cows are the first class citizens? Canada has one of the least unemployment rates in the world. 5 Likes 1 Share |

lekki1444: You're living in the Stone age bro. Wake up! Nigeria doesn't have 5 billionaires. I keep bringing up figures but your cheap data can't research to know there are no longer 5 billionaires in Nigeria. Now, I know your education was a total waste of time that even a common arithmetic is vague to you. Your 200m black population country can't account for up to 5 billionaires and there's another country that can account for 1 billionaire per 1m blacks (200 billionaires per 200m). And you're still ranting that your country is the best in the world. Like maternal always say "there's patriotism and there's stupidity". Oh lest I forget, Nigeria still remains the poverty capital of the world. Abeg shift make you grow up oga. 3 Likes 1 Share |

lekki1444: Bro, are you using the "cheap Nigerian data" suggested by the op to the extent that you can't Google the simple questions you keep asking? Now, that your questions have proved more points why black lives are meaningless in Nigeria, you want to abscond? Come on I expect more from you bro! |
Travel / Re: Opinion:- 10 Reasons Why Nigeria Is Better Than Canada by charzyh2: 6:27pm On Dec 16, 2020 |
lekki1444:Michael Lee-Chin is the black billionaire out of 900k blacks. Meaning: out of every 1m blacks in Canada, there's always one black billionaire. That's to say: if there were to be 200m blacks in Canada (as we have in Nigeria), there would be 200 black billionaires in Canada unlike Nigeria that has the world poorest black billionaire ratio: 200m black to 3 billionaires. You keep proving my points bro. |
Travel / Re: Opinion:- 10 Reasons Why Nigeria Is Better Than Canada by charzyh2: 5:38pm On Dec 16, 2020 |
lekki1444:May I school you again. There are 900k blacks in Canada out of which 3 are billionaires. Nigeria has 200m blacks with just 3 billionaires. Even Elon Musk wouldn't have become the world second richest man if he had stayed in Africa. Even Dangote had to be borrowed 500k (equivalent of over 300m today) by his uncle to start business in 1979. How many Nigerians actually have access to such credit facility today? Nigeria takes 1 step forward and 3 steps backward all the time bro. Bro, even in the entertainment industry our US counterparts quality of life can never be compared. 2 Likes |
