Is it possible to decipher virtual numbers?
Try this to confirm carrier: https://www.freecarrierlookup.com/

Check if it has a registered SIM network provider name. Anything short of that is voIP. But be careful that newer VoIP or virtual numbers can be tricky. And with the emergence of esims, a bit trickier too.

Your best bet is trying to use that number to open a POF.com account. If it doesn’t recognize the international number, it’s VoIP.

Most UK and US numbers you see flying around are virtual numbers tho. I mean, overused virtual numbers.

His name is Victor Gabriel Alachi.
I know exactly where he works, where he stays, and his hometown gangan

But it’s not my business.

The ingrate I did it for resorted to calling me names. Of course, I’d never do it again here. Awuff too dey bring insults..and most Nigerians are exploitative.

He should fall on his sword.

GREATIGB0MAN:
Yeah...that was why I asked him how he was able to get the scammer NIN details using only his IP which isn't possible as he himself chatinet doesn't have the IP of the scammer talk more of tracking his NIN with it which isn't possible... As the scammers changes his location he'll be assigned a new IP by his ISP btw...

But good job to him btw.

The form "chatinet" he posted was a complaints form not SIM registration form which makes what he did trickier to guess
“Linked numbers to NIN”

I don’t want to talk about this app.

For the IP part, I meant most frequently recorded IP of those numbers. IP changes..but there’s tech to route it to a source, and accounts linked to that source. For example, it’s the same tech Nairaland uses to ban alternate accounts when they’ve banned the parent accounts. It’s not totally perfect but it works if you study it well.

But in this case, it works better…that’s if that number has been used for verification online, and traceable. There’s an app that does it too. Why? Most sites use third party verification softwares and OTP apps. Most of those apps sell these data on dark web through other third party retailers who resell to those geeks who mod these apps.

The work it syncs is the similar of all sought details and then it filters.

It works 80% okay

And I didn’t use the IP, I used the number to get the IP.

All this can work if that person exist online.

Tip: There are also sites online that provide captured IP address of phone numbers.

For the form, no, that wasn’t it. It already read Abuja. His details are littered online. And I didn’t get those from any affiliation with MTN. That’s what the apps I tell you about do: they deep scan a lot of databases, social network, etc. Some results can also be incorrect but it’ll suggest it too so you yourself will verify if it is…esp if that results have some connection the the bunch of other results.

Believe that guy at your own peril he is also a Nigerian scammer if you like send am money
I refused to call you a scammer because it wasn’t my business but you just called me exactly what you are.

So back to the matter…

I promised you folks to unveil if the OP too was a scammer today. Check this out.

Bradford111 is the same person as Ronaldo723. Check thread.

He masters in Romance and Property scams., buying logins and virtual numbers to clone his identity. But he didn’t totally hide them all.. He is also on TikTok, Instagram etc doing his scam schemes.☺️ A 21-year old man too.

Here are his numbers:

09137590643
09066216300

And he’s a scammer too. A simple Nairaland search can unveil this.

I am waiting for his rants so I can post more about him. 🙃

I come in peace.🙏

Bro help me, my aunt sent me 78k. A scammer moved the money to a MONIE POINT account and UBA bank said they couldn't do anything about it.

Can you help me do some underground work

Since April 1st till now, my 1year daughter 40k, my neice 38k, scammer just move am go, I almost ran mad. If not for God.
Nah, I can't.

I don't do it online for money. I work offline...in-person jobs for tracking.
Phones › Re: A Nairalander Just Scammed Me by chatinent:
Some Nigerians no sabi simple things sha.

No one can track you if you have no details online. There's no magic to it. Everything used to track you are information about you you put online.

Tools to track only make it easier to sift those info scattered on social media and websites info to a file. The GEO locate is also last addresses on places you've logged into. There's another tool for NIN checks that produces other numbers linked to NIN.. it's not 100% accurate but you'll need other tools to check similarities with those numbers and the IP addresses recorded on places it was filtered from. A 98% score shows it's that person.

It's not about being in the DSS...or police. The DSS only traces info you registered the numbers with. They cannot trace you if you have never registered a phone number or use a phone before. Even with phone numbers, it's hard to use SIM details to trace people. It isn't 100% perfect cos already registered numbers are sold today.

A tracker only needs one info about you online to gather more. More will link to more. Some don't use their main numbers online to do shady things so they buy virtual numbers ...now that's hiding your activities online.

It's not about roadside SIM sellers. They cannot really check your accounts without you giving them your card details to do so.

It's not super magic. It's just having the right tools...and following links. It's just being tech smart. These tools are premium tools ..they are subscribed to.

Cheers.

To add to this, here is how he obtains pictures of the phone number owners: He goes to Facebook, then "forgot password", and enters the phone numbers to search for the corresponding accounts. This guarantees that he will find the correct Facebook account, rather than simply searching for the phone number owner on Facebook, where many people may have similar names.

If the pictures of MrEazi223 he posted are from his Facebook account, then my assumption is 100% valid.
Pride wey you go bring down ask questions naim you ignore dey write different theories.

Look at the way he used buzz tech, hacking words to spice up his amateur search and find skill, he even made a blunder "When I ran a linked search on the parent NIN attached to his IP" how is this possible ?

Do you realize that he would have taken over your SIM card with the OTP you sent to him? You don’t even know if he has linked your details with fraud SIM cards with that OTP, how can you send your OTP to someone? It’s better you go to MTN office today to report yourself so the can check your sim for you, you may be in a bigger problem that you have idea of, certainly he didn’t get your OTP for fun
Why go to an MTN office when he can download the NIMC app from his comfort and check?

Anyone can do this, any road side sim registration tout will give you this details if you tip them , it’s illegal and crime , use the police which is the right channel
No roadside tout can do this.

If your sole aim of relocating is because of police harassment (huh) and insecurity, I hate to break it to you that nowhere is as your dream definition of security.

Anyways, happy relocating. Nigeria is nothing to write home about.
