Oh ok...Credits/transfers is different from dashboard status calculations... The former is done by accounting department while the latter is operational. One of these online loan companies have sent me money twice for one loan, they are still figuring how it happened, but my dashboard on d app is correct. They can't reverse the money, except u send it to them on their request. Even ur bank cannot reverse money erroneously sent to u.

In this case, the contention is in the calculations on the app dashboard.

From ur screen, N3,740 is ur real balance. For last week. If u have been sent N18k plus then u owe Bolt N14k plus and that's why u r seeing that now. So ignore it, it will come back to normal if u haven't got any 18k from them.
Now, why are u expecting 18k from bolt when u know they don't owe u that much?

some of the issues raised here can only be solved by bolt and Uber team, unless some few tricks by veterans.
