good suggestions you made there. You know how we do things here, we normally stop one thing without strengthening the alternative. The plan is a good plan but it is a subset of some dysfunctional banking policies in Nigeria.

This will only work if the banks fulfil the following conditions.
1. Install more ATM's
2. Constantly load the ATM with cash so that it doesn't run out.
3. The network on the ATM must NEVER go offline.
4. The network for internet banking must never go offline.
5. Further reduce charges for using another banks ATM
6. Increase the ATM daily withdrawal limit to above N1 Million

The proposed limited withdrawer is too small considering the inflation in the country. This plan can force most local businessmen to start keeping their money at home.

You should worry about those in IDP camps all over the nation not Keshi's kids that have enough to fall back on. Why do we keep sponsoring the rich? Serving Nigeria is a privilege and he was paid for his service. I don't have anything against keshi but I know his kids are privileged. You should also know that the soldiers that lost their lives everyday are the breadwinners of their respective families.

With the way our network providers are sending messages to their subscribers, I doubt if it is ideal to text somebody when it is an urgent issue. These are my own method: 1#. I call people when I need to hear you and understand something or sound you out on some important issue. 2# I send you text message if I want to thank you for something. I don't use watsapp or bbm to thank somebody. This is only if you are my peer. If you are not, I will first call you and follow it up with thank you text message. Call is good. I could remember back then in school when I missed an impromptu lecture and I was very angry with my room mate who doubled as my course mate because he attended the class. When I asked why he didn't make an effort to contact me, he told me that he texted me and I should check my message inbox. I had about 4 unread messages and his own was one of them.

I am suspecting something fishy about this NDA THREAT. I think some APC members and SS and SE haters are trying to indoctrinate Buhari against the 5%. Some of these rumours are being carried by Zombies. Especially those news that always link NDA with IPOB.
