Right from time I know that presented budget is not feasible with the constant fall of naira. To me I feel the budget was quickly presented before the naira fall further.
All through next year we will be talking about supplementary budget.

This was same question, I asked one Buckeye yesterday that debt is on the increase and they are doing father Christmas with bursary that with not achieve anything.
