The fact remains the environment is shilling you may preferably not use AC in the house...but as the project go, rapid development is coming up in the premises. The project will not be budget scaring, i wish Oga segun will post expenditure, if client allow. i also love the premises.

I still ask such question but till today no reasonable answer to it. Many times i pity people that build in area like that, as a matter of that is the reason for my promo on granite, preach use of stone dust as regard sand. i wish they will build well/right. when the news that this client accept to go for Pile(best foundation in the world) i decide to also support one way or the other because with 7m depth is still good and economically wise.

My experience with Pile foundation is quite scaring project behind New Castle hotel, Anthony Village, 180ft depth, 48 Pile point. I personally back out delivery to the site because of the amount that will be spent. I said God forbid i can not be a party to this.

Please I am in need of a purchase contract for granite aggregate from any reputable company in Nigeria. Purchase contract should be for a minimum of 20,000MT of granite on a monthly basis. We have a quarry with this capacity that is about to commence operation in a few months and just need to secure this as we commence our equipment acquisition.

segcymoor: Your analysis is absolutely correct! Virtually no structure yet within the area but bush. However, 2 structures at the vicinity is about 70 feet away. One is Burgalow and uncompleted story building with raft foundation (although yet to receive load)

On the contrary, my client appreciate our professional input and ready to go for it. Unfortunately, he has a tight and limited budget. As it stand, we are at the edge of sacrifice our profit to make this foundation done properly. .......it may sound unreasonable to you!
