Renting apartment is not worth a good business in Nigeria. Only build & sell are really making good return. But the said part of it is after buying maintenance will almost drain your account.

Hence Build your dream home yourself.

I hv chosen Haulage business over Housing.

HAULAGE: if invest 14m with insurance gets you over 1.2m/month. In less a year you recoup then you can build for the purpose of retirement.

Our government careless about huge housing investment with low return.
