Review of The Income Analysis

A dump truck is expected to go at least a trip(traffic) of dispatching Granite to Lagos from Ibadan, Abeokuta or from Ijebu, basically due to road work going on Lagos - Ibadan expressway.

Cost of Truck
Used =N14,000,000
New = N27,000,000

Insurance Comprehensive plan is 5-6% per annum

Hence:
*For Used @average of 5.5% = N770,000 + N14,000,000=N14,770,000

*For New @average of 5.5% = N1,485,000 + N27,000,000 =N28,485,000

Per trip for Used Truck, the truck is paid between N60,000 – N80,000

Running cost per trip is around N20,000 - N35,000(include Driver's wages & Daily Ticketing)

Projected profit per trip in average= N50,000

N50,000 per trip x 6trips per week N300,000 per week

N300,000 x 4 weeks = N1,200,000 per month
This is monthly income within Abeokuta - Lagos

Yearly income = N1,200,000 x12= N14,400,000

Less 35%
Depreciation/Maintenance = N5,040,000

Annual Net Income=N14,400,000 - N5,040,000 =N9,360,000

Input in same in New trucks, the only difference is 15% Depreciation/Maintenance.

it is expected that profit target for used truck after 2years while new is 3years. The maintenance culture will increse by 10% after this years.

If I am selling a property in the region of 40-45m, what % is practical and reasonable to pay as agency fees and also legal fees?

I know most times they request 5% or 10% each but people end up paying them much less depending on property value, so as a SELLER what % should i bargain for?

What is the realistic, reasonable and practical percentage to pay each of those professionals? What's obtainable out there?

Hello Professionals in the house,
I have just commenced a 4-bedroom bungalow project, the blinding has just been done today (see attached pic), I don't intend to do a German floor because the land is not swampy and the builder advised that a thin water-proof membrane should just be laid on the foundation blocks after filling the hollows with concrete.
My concerns are:
1. Can pillars still be erected at some specific corners of the house considering the fact that blinding has already been done?
2. If the answer to 1 above is yes, what are the rod sizes/quantities and other materials needed for this (for five pillars) and what's the estimated labour costs?

More safe post ur building plan to introduce the columns point, you will need more than 5, 1length of 16mm iron rod to a Pillar.most time i advice why not prepare the structure for the future, reason your children may decide to want to do decking to raise building up in future.

use one sample you get a uniform colour, using different sand will give your coke & fanta colour.

Check her service provider to check her last calls or other calls within the period she got missing. This u must do through the police by reporting to the police, who will go with the report to the service provider.

Going by the picture shared by OP, Every reasonable person will know that the road in the picture is under construction, and only people in a hurry are passing that lane since the other lane Is congested.
