Please would WES notify me of any documents when they receive it or they would only notify me after they have received all documents. I would also like to know who used NECO recently, applied for statement of result and I haven’t gotten a tracking number. I’d really appreciate a reply.

Wes would notify you when they receive ANY of your documents. I didnt use NECO

After sending my documents to WES
The verification was sent back to the school


And for over two months, My profile still says "Documents awaiting verification"

I've gone to school to complain about this, they said they've received it and verified it

After contacting WES however, they still keep saying they haven't received any Verification from the school.


And also the same for my diploma transcript.......any suggestions on what to do

Hi you may have to go back to your school and ask them to print out a copy of the verification mail they sent to wes .....then u can fax it to wes Using YOUR school name.
Or u may have to ask wes to send your Verification letter to your school by courier service thats around #28000 ....then your school will have to reply wes by courier too .
U can choose from the two .

I spent almost 5months for this verification i was going to school, wasting t.fare etc and even calling wes . So you can choose from the two options above .

I once had this issue resolved for a friend. Write to them via mail and rant, i tell you. They will work on it immediately. Go to their social media esp Twitter and call them out. Use the DM feature to bug them till they reply you with an update on your dashboard. Thing is, the more you delay with letting them know you've
verified, the easier they can tell you they didn't see your school's verification mail. After like two weeks or three if you are sure you've sent in all that is required of you, send them another mail telling them you need an update with regards to when you will receive/be expecting your evaluation report. If you need a format to send, send DM and i will help you out with that.

If WES received it takes like 72hours l.e 3 working days for it to reflect on your dashboard. During my own time in just 48hours they updated my dashboard that a new documents was received.

Call Wes or send them email to explain to them, because that is what happened to me also in Uniben I went to school they search the email of registrar office, academic office and pg school and it yielded no result, I had to email them before they now send another one last two weeks and my school received it which they have responded to WES

I am in the same shoe with your brother. I wrote mine the second day, I checked my result at Cafe and I immediately printed it with score 262.

some days after, I merely checked it and it display "no result yet " till date.

She should just try. Some opened another account here. That's why we tell people to wait till they have finished everything before paying for call up letter. In that case if there's a mistake, they can open another account
