The heat is on another level....and PHCN has a way of making unbearable conditions harder.....I don't enjoy my sleep these days unless generator is on......if only some countries will borrow us small winter in exchange for the heat.

Power supply at my end is 18hours everyday. Ikeja Electric is really trying for us tbh. They restore it by 4pm and take it by 5am in the morning only to restore again by 7am and take it by 12pm.

The power supply they give us all through the night makes sleeping easy but the water coming out of the tap is hot enough to de-feather a chicken.

I have Sumec 401A rechargeable fan with an 18w Binatone solar panel. Fan operates 24hrs whether I put on the gen or not. It recharges as I use during the day and serves all through the night. One of my better decisions of 2019.

Not aware of the supposed hot weather; have 24/7 electricity and my AC is always on. I stay in keffi, Nasarawa State, 25 km from Abuja and we use same 33KV line that perhaps supplies Aso Rock.

I sleep during the daytime in a pool of my sweat. When the environment is too hot I stay outside under shade or take a quick shower. The dry season is affecting NEPA too since they take and bring light every thirty or forty minute interval. To sit and watch a movie to take my mind away is futile because continuous electricity is never guaranteed.

The global warming evidently true, caused by burning of fossil fuel. It is going to be worse.

Many countries are advancing in renewable energy and reducing their consumption of dirty energy sources like, crude oil and coal, while Nigeria is still exploring for more crude oil!
