Secondly the name on the statement of result is VIVAN instead of VIVIAN... Am i going to have issues with wes because of this?

I opened my Wes account and saw that my transcript and statement of result are awaiting verification. Please, I want to know if the verification for the transcript will cover the two since my sch is asking for 20k to verify my statement of result ie if they send the statement through their email. My school do charge for each result. Put i paid for one and when they replied, both transcript and statement of result was accepted after my school reply them.

This people are using WES stuff to cut poor Nigerians into pieces without considering people's pocket.

Some people fax or sent their statement or result or certificate to Wes by themselves while their school sent their transcript. You can lool for people that want to send certificates so that you'll split bill with them.

I once had this issue resolved for a friend. Write to them via mail and rant, i tell you. They will work on it immediately. Go to their social media esp Twitter and call them out. Use the DM feature to bug them till they reply you with an update on your dashboard. Thing is, the more you delay with letting them know you've
verified, the easier they can tell you they didn't see your school's verification mail. After like two weeks or three if you are sure you've sent in all that is required of you, send them another mail telling them you need an update with regards to when you will receive/be expecting your evaluation report. If you need a format to send, send DM and i will help you out with that.

Good morning. Please I’ve an issue with WEE. And it has gone on for about a year now. I’ve called and called. My status on their website keeps switching from ‘in progress’ to we are waiting for your institutions verification. I’ve gone to my school more than 3 times and every time they confirm to me that they received it and responded. And this has to be true because my status was in process ‘we received your documents. We are awaiting your documents’ only for me to check back in a week and it’s back to waiting verification. I’m really tired because I’ve called and called and emailed.
