On the 10th of July, 2019 he was the CP of Rivers state.

On the 11th of July 2019 he was posted back to department of Research and Statistics at Force HQ Abuja .

On the 22nd of July, (11 days later), he was shot, killed and buried.

Shocking!!!

There is something to this shooting than wat the mere eyes can see.
Police should carryout a serious investigations into this.

Though you are correct from your own perspective o but one can hardly trust Nigeria Police.
And then, common sense will tell even a civilian that you don't back your enemy while retreating from fire.
