Hmn! Kaduna? A huge distance from where I stay.

Please how viable is DVCF fund Oil and gas Plc. want to know before committing myself. Dont have any idea. I intend to invest alot into it since its just 1N per share.

I must say I'm impressed by this man Yar'adua by declaring his assets. This is happening for the first time. Lets all give him a chance ok. Nothing wrong with declaring those of his wives too, be reasonable. He wants to be transparent. He has served in many government roles and been a valued member in some companies so you don’t expect him to be wretched. I for one don’t want a wretched person as president. What we saying is to have a president who believes in having a good life not just for himself but the Nigerian populace at large. In my own opinion someone that accumulates and use wealth for just himself even though rich is still a poor man because he has poor mentality since he doesn’t believe an ordinary man out there deserves a good life.

Rookie, Seun, markesh read through all your comment. u all right. Developing your personal software and hoping to sell it in Nigeria in most cases will not take you far, u need to put in too much of effort, the main difficulty you'll have is trust. To gain trust venture into a universal(more known) industries based softwares, become a pro in it and learn to customise it in a way that you could tune the software to meet customer requirements. gain client trust and afterward when u come u with your own in house software which could be an addon to an existing known software or just on its own, then you'll be listened to . And the comment by Dis Guy that Nigerian companies outsource there problems is true and a very sorry case. Its the reason we are a bit backward the sooner we start believing in ourselves the better. The sooner we start prefering and empowering Nigerians like us doing some so called more skilled jobs for us the better.

can you enter a bus driven by a woman, can you live in country governed by a lady, can you work in company with a woman MD, can you recieve treatment from a female doctor, can you get arrested by a female police officer, hmmmn! the list is limitless think man, who made and gae them these abilities - GOD.

There are lots of opportunity for any type of biz in Nigeria. many industries are yet to surface and blossom but as in any new thing, for runners (starter/investors) are needed and the starters often make the big names in the market. there are plenty of opportunity in software industry in Nigeria, many software needs if u believe in urself and have what it takes why not. start by working for someone then later on your own by training some hands to do the job. Many many opportunities. Thats what I'm into anyway here in Nigeria but I major in ERP softwares thats what I love doing.

all things should follow suit. thats why we need a sector to manage cost controls in all sectors

be visible if u want to give us biz contact make it open and dont tell that we mail to you to giv us the site. If u're talking about transparency then set us a good example.

The moderator himself should answer this! oga moderator tell us whether na true! even if he is a school drop out, doesnt matter to me whats important is what is he now. you can earn all the degree wit zero achievement in life, I'm not talking about money anyway, talking about value we add to the society at large.

You not gonna get anyone to lend u money without knowing what type of biz u using it for banks will not to start with. anybody lending will want a money back guarantee + interest. sink that!

Please why bugg us with this type of questions u can get the answer to this just on the street.

Why not if they will not summersault in bad roads.

ERP know about it well enough and I'm a developer and consultant here in Nigeria on one called Microsoft Navision. The best way to learn when it comes to ERP is to work with one, in or outside Nigeria. SAP, Navision, solomon, great plain, SAGE are examples of ERP software. Its still a growing business in Nigeria so the market is not saturated. all the best.
