I don't think some men understands that no matter how angry you are there is power in the tongue and their are some you should never alter or declare on your patner. Correct me if am wrong.

Now this was what happened and I felt i didn't warrant being called that name.

I found out about a cheap land out for sale in lekki. Called hubby to inform him that we should go check it out and might just become land owners. So I think he also discussed it with his mum cause she also planned to buy land for her kids as gift..

So mother in law called me this morning and said she would like to go with us whenever we intend checking the land. I wanted to pour my heart out to my hubby immediately after the conversation but I thought it wasn't the right time.

So later that evening he raised an issue about us going to the land. Then I said i I won't be going since mother in law would be going. I think that got him angry. I tried explaining to him why I won't be going.

To cut the long story short. He started calling me all sort of names. The next word i heard was VAGABOND!!!! In my heart I thought too much. I cried bitterly. It would have hurt if it was just anyone but not the man you are married to who should be the one blessing you. I feel sometimes some men take their power for granted and don't even know the words to refrain from. He repeated this word almost 3times, then it dawned on me he didn't even see anything wrong. So many times he has used other hurtful words and while am trying to make him take back the words or even return the words back to sender am termed as a disrespectful wife. So I thought I seek others opinion.

Are our husbands allowed to use any word on us just because they can and if not this is the medium to let those who doesn't know.

haba quit which job? am not in anyway justifying my action my friend and believe me i dont care whatever anyone say or whatever impression runnin thru the minds of my esteemed nd respected readers. the truth nd the ugly fact remain that this boss has caused the sack of at least six staff from this company and they were recalled back to nigeria. those he should have used his good office to safe he let it get to our nigerian head office and our world headquarters and some he outrightly orchestrated their exit from the organization. there are comments i have been reading here and its amazes me how some readers are now pretending to be holier than the pope. if i want to show him the exit door from the company, within a twinkle of an eye i will do it without batting an eye. all i need to to is turn in the sextape to the HRdept here and in nigeria but i will not do it. unfortunately i wont be able to post pics for security reasons. the boss i am talking about is a devil incarnate. therefore whoever feels i was not supposed to do what i did should hug the transformer. we all react to issues differently. as for me this is just the best way to handle this issue

Wonders they say shall never end. this is not a cock and bull story or a fabricated gist. its very real and its happened right before my "opolo" eyes. Just now, i mean few minutes ago i caught my boss pants down hitting sooooooooo hard on our secretary's punnany if you understand what i mean.

Every organization with randy bosses at the helm of affairs in various depts will agree with me that such scenerios play out almost on daily basis and this is not healthy for the health of such firms. personally its irkes me when bosses who are supposed to protect the interest of their female subordonates decide to take advantage of them simply because they call the shot in the organization they work.

I wouldn't want to bore us with where i work; but i'am millions of miles away from my fatherland NIGERIA. Please note this; i was sent here for a one year training by my organization in nigeria over a year ago. after my training our headquarters decided that i should be retained and i was later re deployed to one of our base here in the same country

Today, i am the first staff to arrive the office this morning. while ascending the staircase i heard voices and was like who could be in d office so early today? so i decided to tiptoe till i got to my boss's office. my office is directly opposite my boss's. secondly i noticed the cctv cameras were all switched off so i switched it on before going to my superior's office where the soumds were emanating from. The door was nt locked it was left ajar so i peeped. low and behold my oga(a black man also a nigerian) was digging so deep into our secretary's honey pot from all angles and for almost 10mins i watched a live porn movie playing out right in the office of my boss with him playing the lead role.

While this was going on and none of the duo noticed that a third party was around, i decided to go back to my office. while in the office, i thought of what to do with my boss and the secretary. i arrived at the conclusion that i will download the video of their unethical act in the office and keep it just in case. i want to state here that my boss whom i caught pants down this morning is never a nice man at all. he is a saddist and an unrepentant pvs...y addict. its obvious to me now that its not his first time of doing this nonsense in the office.

Back to my eyes witness account. When they finished the fvcking session, my boss and his accomplice were shocked to see me. the look on their faces were like that of a rat who suddenly saw the flash light of a hunter and felt like the ground should opened for it to enter. note that up till the time they finished no other member of staff has arrived so it was just three of us in the building. He (my boss) started shouting at me calling me names and also asking me a million question at the same time. All i did was to keep quiet and absorb his rantings. meanwhile, i have already switched off the cctv camera so he wont know that i recorded is stupid act.

After all the brohaha and shakara he invited me to his office and asked me to sit down. At this point he was so calm and friendly but i refused to be deceived by his fake disposition towards me because i kbow how wicked the devil in him is. He offered me coffee which i rejected so at that point he asked me if i noticed anything i told him straight to his face that question will not be neccessary cos i just came into the office few seconds before he saw me; but he suspected i wasnt telling him the truth so he he started making promises that i know deep down in me he will never fulfilled till he kicks the bucket.

I have his scroatums in my palm now. i don't intend to blackmail him for any reason not even for all the money in the world. but its gonna be a tool for me to keep him in check. As for the secretary, she has been pleading with me not to divulge the secret to a fouth party. she promise to do anything for me at the snap of my fingers. For a start, she gave me 2,000 euro just to proof to me that she meant what she just told me. for now my boss is been extremely nice to me in the past couple of hours but how long he intend to play this nicety script towards me remain a subjet of observation for as long as i am still here. i have passworde the recorded sexual act in the cctv camera. i will duplicate it as many as i can before deleting it from the memory.

The custom is a very strange one, which I am still finding it difficult to understand. Getting a woman to give birth to other children who would bear the name of the man, who was never part of their conception after such a man has died, is really odd. Why can't they just adopt orphans or male children, to carry on the family name? Adoption is a certified legal process, through which children can be integrated into a family.

It's VERY, VERY POSSIBLE customarily. And the community who practices such customs confer full legitimacy to the children born under such arrangements. The fact that the concept is so contrary to the prevailing western norms does not make the custom illegitimate where it's practiced.

It is sad that some servants of God has brought nothing but reproach to the faith...as St. Paul lamented that the name of God is reviled by non-christians owing to actions of some faithful. He further warned in his letter to St. Timothy, that he should reprove publicly those who sin so others won't toll same path. In 1. Cor.5. this holy Apostle said it is not in his office to judge outsiders that is left for God, but as Christians, we should judge those within the church.
Few years back, the Catholic Church in the US, Canada and Australia to mentioned but a few was enmeshed in sex-scandal...some priests abused children. A paedophile litigation hung on neck of Rome.some cases dating a far back to th sixties were dug up and victims were not wanting in speaking out. The Church was humbled in the face of mounting evidences...agreed their was media hype. But what would u expect from a secular media that is at odd with a Church that champion itself as the moral voice of the world but which the media never fail to accuse of defending and promoting archaic sexuality? To empathise with her? No but fuel it, because the Catholic Church became a culprit through some of her wayward priests of what she denounced. Now for the church to act, accused priests were investigated, when found guilty, we're defrocked and handed over to secular authority for prosecution. Even bishop like monsignor Finn were not left out as the silence of the church or "not judging believers" as u said, was seen as cover-up. Finn was jailed.
From there Catholic Church has to do in house cleansing...something if she had done would have spared her embarrassment. Notable Dioceses in US paid compensation running into millions of dollars to victims of priests' abuse and some diocese like Boston filed for bankruptcy when she could meet up with financial compensation of teaming victims occasioned by years of abuse n cover-up
Dear friend, I brought this up to let u know the damage cover-up can cause in the long run. Am a staunch Catholic, but I must not condoned evil cos it breeds more evil. Agreed our clergymen are humans but should any fall, let him never be ashamed to weep like St. Peter, with a firm purpose of amendment for forgiveness. Sexual sins among clergymen is rampant and shouldn't be swept under the carpet. Have a blessed day.

my dear u missed the whole thing about forgiveness. Am sorry for insulting u. I am humbled by ur polite reply. Nevertheless, mercy is not received when there is no contrition nay a perfect contrition with a firm purpose of amendments. All am letting u know is that teachers or preachers will incur severe judgement than their flocks because they have been entrusted with a lot and infused with enough sanctifying grace. They are supposed to be epitome of morality...check the prerequisite of being an elder in the church as written by St. Paul to St. Timothy. . Truth is that the society lukewarmness and sexual permissiveness is rearing it's ugly head in the church...and must never be condoned irrespective , who who involved.

Keep quiet. Do u know the consequences David suffered cos of his adultery n murder despite having a godly sorrow for his sins and composing numerous penitential psalms to that effect? God doesn't take it lightly when his servants sin the same way he treats others. St James said we teachers are to be judged severely. For David, God tru prophet Nathan placed two-fold curses on him for his double-edged sins. You saw how he lost two children, one of his sons raped his daughter, their was trouble in his kingdom, he fled for his son Absalom was against his life. Absalom also slept with his numerous concubines in public in fulfillment of Nathan's prophecy. All these David accepted with almost resignation to God's inscrutable will cos he realised he spurned the Lord by his sins. You think God just forgive and papered over our sins, Mr. Man sin has great consequences...it is an affront on God especially sexual sins which is now prevalent and which we romance with daily. It is erroneous thinking all servants of God fall prey to women...most live pure lives and some will never even touch women till death. Let work on ourselves, cooperating with the grace of God and stop giving lame excuses that we are flesh and blood.
