So Far, Nigerian crews are the most poor paid in the hole world. Even adding that Crewing companies in Nigeria still can employe Ghanaians and still pay them more than Nigerians.

The question now is why?

To all the directors or HR i have asked this question , could not give any reasonable answer to that. Now i think it left for the nigerian crews to make a right move in other to have something done to that case.

Example : 3 office / 4th engr Nigerian = $1400
3 office / 4th engr Indian, Ghana, etc = $ 2200
2nd office / 3rd engr Nigerian $1800
2nd OF/ 3rd Er Indian , Ghana , etc = $ 2800
Etc.

For them to help Nigerian Engineer, there most be free admission to larger companies, where does young engineers can take good practicals. Engineer have to do with practicals not paper work. Here in Ukraine and Poland, there Govt. provide ways of training young engineers, to develop what he or she have to offer. And that is why you see that there technology keep improving day by day. But for we Nigerians, the poor once dont have say or changes to bring out what they have. But the rich that have the link dont know what they are doing. "I think our improvement in engineering works or technology are in the hands of the poor ones " because they have alots to deliver but no chance given .
