Northerners are second to none in the political chess game.. See how Jagaban and nPDP(Amaechi) have been completely out manoeuvred in their own games, despite their famed political expertise... 2023 would be very very interesting! |
Just imagine if Jonathan was the president during this pandemic.... APC would have fried him.. Dude will be thanking his stars by now! |
Good one! Truthfully, everyone is tired of all the noise surrounding corona, life must continue! |
Hello OP, A friend faced same dilemma sometime last year... After intensive research and plenty questions.. RX350 came out tops.. Although a bit more expensive than the Venza, it is actually plushier, luxurious and higher ground clearance... |
The world is now gradually learning to live with the virus... Hopefully the vaccine will soon be out and then we can all collectively heave a sigh of relief |
Lalasticlala, please this should hit frontpage too.. |
This is really very sad! A wake up call to the living that indeed life is just mere vanity and no need for all the greed and bloodshed! I wish our politicians can understand this... |

RIP to the dead!! However, i wish our politicians and top government functionaries of money spinning parastatals would realise that death would come to everyone and you will not die with all the funds amassed/stolen. Do your bit when you are alive to help people and do not eat govt funds entrusted to you!! |
Some bit of information i heard today... The recruitment is still very much alive, however the pressure from "powers that be" is so intense that NNPC top management decided to play the ostrich by pretending EH list no longer exists/required until the pressure cools off a bit. the COVID & falling oil prices helped this excuse very well. However, this is still subject to debate as it makes little sense to use this method as a strategy to deflect attention from the EH list as one cannot really define when the pressure would subside.. Anyway, suggestions on how some bit of pressure can be applied is ok. |
Kudos to the Police force! Sometimes they do impress.. Who knows what happened to the Wadume case? |
This man has established himself as a tyrant and a despot in the political sphere. His political career has been tainted by that singular act of demolishing the 2 hotels. You don't pay evil with evil so publicly especially if you are a public figure... Anyway, what do i know! It is well... |
No need for these verbose response. Nigerians distrust their leaders.. But this is very understandable given the profligacy, stark greed and primitive accumulation evinced by the vast majority of our political leaders and their appointees.. |
The issue of tithing has not only been over-rehashed, but also over-flogged.. However, the truth is simple: Do whatever works for you.. For the tithe payers, do not ever castigate those that do not pay tithes to pastors, they also have biblical backing for these... |
No case in Emperor wike's kingdom... May God deliver us from such high-handedness and outright malevolence.. Karma is definitely lurking around the corner. |

Wike is taking this thing a bit too far.. |
Who else is getting fed up with seeing this numbers?? We need a home grown solution to coping with this and not (half) copying that of the western world and constantly mouthing that we should stay at home and keep safe without commensurate palliatives.. How can you stay home and keep safe without food We go dey alright las las! |

TheGreatIYANU:Yeah.. A cadet Pilot then... |
TheGreatIYANU:Bristow Helicopters |
Interesting thread... I was once asked by an interviewer to list the helicopters in their fleet These was after I spent some minutes explaining my zeal and desire to fly, and how much I dreamt about it bla bla bla (all na wash o, na salary I dey find lol) Worse was the fact that the company I worked for then shared a fence with these company I was interviewing for and I had scaled all initial tests. I was just staring at the interviewer with big round eyes.. Of course I was chased out (interviewer na white man and was impressed at first, but was unhappy when he found out it was all wash lol) This was way back in 2009 |
A very intelligent write up... Little wonder the economy witnessed so much growth under such sharp and fertile minds.. I hope the government listens and acts upon the priceless information therein |
@TheGoodJoe, your argument smacks of facts and intellect and readily appeals to the discerning mind. I am just surprised you chose to roll in the mud with someone that is obviously blinded by cheap politics (one of the many reasons why this country is backward).. Please let him be, you can keep making your points without quoting him.. Some people know the truth but choose to hide from it.. Osibanjo is the right person for this job! |
Rent seeking state governments who have absolutely no idea how to govern a state other than drive flashy cars and stash billions abroad after running cap in hand to Abuja every month for the usual monthly funds.. My pain however is that the masses are the ones suffering all these anomalies and stark wastefulness! Until we start holding these people accountable, this vicious cycle continues! |
Well this was expected... If they had ruled otherwise, they would open an unending floodgate of litigation that would see the nation pushing for another higher court to re-check the supreme court ruling... However, I think the case of Imo state is a different case and Ihedioha might actually win the day! Let's keep our fingers crossed! |
AkeNathan:So was that whistle on the "massive corruption" ever substantiated? |
This man keeps challenging the status quo.. I wish merit and efficiency is rewarded, this man should be either a president or governor... However, his many sins against Jonathan is still chasing him.. |
Is the President even aware that there is any feud between the 2 top aides?? Is he aware of anything happening at all? |
