Fulanis are devils. I witnessed something in the year 2007. One maize farmer suffered losses for many years as cows fed on his crops. There would be no cow in the farm in the day time. The good Fulani herders are very few in number and if they try to snitch on the bad ones, their families will be threatened. The situation is very complex however the government have already been compromised.
