Ordinarie federal roads are nothing to right home about, if you see sapele_ benin high way or agbor_ abraka- warri road you will shed tears. why start coastal high way that will be abandond again in the mist of this level of hardship, cant the monie be used for beter things.

east west road have not been completed for more than 20yrs, talk more of coastal high way inside swamp. Do you know how many bridges needed to complete that high way. In a country with highest level of infrastructural decay, no power. The priority is now coastal highway. I country that can't revamp a refinary.
