Anything that does not go the headless mob way is it deem RIGHT, Adeleke won nobody is crucifying Inec for defending the mandate they gave Adeleke at the tribunal & supreme court becos it allign with the interest of noise makers.

But same INEC lack credibility the moment it did not favor there messiah Peter Obi.

Peter Obi & Atiku know they can't win, But just like they use the IRev to save face and discredit Inec, they will also use Tribunal not televising as an excuse to discredit the Tribunal when the judgement don't favor them. Obi knows court won't accept to televise but they need to discredit the tribunal ahead of the imminent outcome.

It's not just about the people in the court but about the generality of Nigerians who came out to cast their votes and want to witness the process and outcome live.... majority want to see it live
Do you know why there are ratings on movie, you see PG, MA, 18+, 16 and so on. do you know why
With the maturity level of Nigerians we need PG on almost everything that get publicized no thanks to social media and the lies, fakeness, propaganda associated with social media ... nigerians abuse almost anything.

My friend son ovie alway want to have a taste of whiskey becos he sees me n his dad drinking it .. he wants it does it mean it is good for him.
Legal proceeding and legal terms are beyond us as elites, you need professional guide, analysis and interpretation orelse people will blown things out of proportion. Nigeria is not normal, we are nothing like normal people.

Let sane climes do there thing yle we continue to treat our madness

If you can't interprete the law, then who you are ?? why is your audience to the proceeding in court sancrosanct to justice ?

Judging from the Inec live broadcast we saw how social media turned everything upside down even before mamhood declared the winner, peter Obi & atiku need the social media again, youths without knowledge will watch and start posting nonsense online to ridicule the judges that is what peter Obi & atiku want... discredit & humiliate the tribunal ahead of the verdict like they did to inec, Nigeria judiciary will run by its own guide lines not Peter Obi dictations or Atiku rules

you have a choice to answer those question or keep doing what you are doing

Lots of Nigerians are interested in this case. The interest is as high people wanting to watch Nigeria play Argentina or Brazil in the world cup.

Take me for example, all I want is to watch the court proceedings and whoever is declared, I'll support. Now what made me so interested is the fact that the electoral umpire INEC, through it's counsel is also kicking against live broadcast of court proceedings.

Last time I checked, INEC is supposed to be neutral. Let every Nigerian know and see who is setting them backwards.

It will put to rest the unnecessary tension in the country. Besides, it will earn even the judiciary more respect.
Are you aware Adeleke won at the tribunal against an incumbent without live broadcast

Do you know Peter Obi won at the tribunal and was reinstate even when he had no headless mobs and it tribunal that brought peter Obi back was not televised

Saying until a court proceeding is televised before you can be there is justice is that a good precedent to build on, so will all senatorial & governorship cases at the tribunal be televised as well or Peter Obi and Atiku are special citizens that deserve justice more than anyone else in Nigeria.
Court proceeding are filled with so many terminologies and terms watching, even as an elite you will most like not understand except given an interpretation, so who will do that for us individually when we are all in front of the Tv.
what good can possible come out of letting people draw conclusions without proper guide and interpretation, in a country where graduates can't even read national anthem off hand

I don't have the power to do that, but the judiciary must act in the best interest of the nation at these time emotion and propaganda has taken over the nation, youth can no longer think for themselves except what one nonentity on Social media feeds them

Peter Obi and Atiku do not have two heads and do not deserves justice more than any other Nigerians at the tribunal,
IF Peter Obi & Atiku believe it is until the tribunal is televised before they can get justice does it mean the justice Peter Obi got in court that reinstate him as governor was a sham, is Atiku saying the justice Adeleke got at the tribunal is a sham .. becos it wasnt televised.

Is it a good precedent that our justice system now depends on live broadcast before people can get justice in court, so what about governors & senators in court are they lesser Nigerian to Peter Obi & Atiku.

From the way Obedient dragged Inec chairman, bombarded soyinka handle with insults and even threaten Reno family .. what do you think they will do when they pick the faces of Judges they consider stumbling blocks, what about security see the way Apapa was mobbed in court premises

Do you see that happening in other countries that gave live broadcast ... things must be done in proportion to our maturity, we all went to school, theories aside Nigeria no normal

I think sometime ago a court case concerning the nation dealings which was called Oputa panel was streamed live right?!

I hate politics most especially this APC and how they are riding on Nigerians.

We shouldn't over respect these old men before they destroy our future. I'm still wondering how a single sick old man can be controlling millions of Nigerians because he have alot of money to throw around. Are we that poor and cowards?! Make fight no break one day o
How can you compare Oputa panel to Election Tribunal ...
Oputa panel was about restitution moreover there was Sanity then, no social media madness no influencers and propagandist wasnt a livelihood.

IF Atiku, Peter Obi, counsels and journalist are all presence in Court what other openness do they need, court proceeding is not a theatre act or entertainment that should be consumed directly by the public
there are so many legal terms that will be in use the even elite out law school won't understand, a live broadcaster means the public will start doing there own interpretations without a proper guide which might lead to an uproar and pressure that can manipulate the court because of bogus interpretations.

Just like crude oil, legal proceeding is not a end product it must be digested/refined by professionals/journalist/analyst and broken down for people to consume.

Emotions are all time high nothing good can come out of a live broadcast social media will ruin it

The US CIA should send one their best Jack Buar, within 24hours, those behind this wickedness will be exposed

You have a valid point here and that is the reason tinubu toppled the two of them in the last election.

Atiku couldn't manage ayu vs G5, hence the fall.

Truly, I don't know why obi has refused, reluctant or capable of reconciling the two factions,...and that may lead to the question of, if he couldn't reconcile the party he leads, how does he reconcile hausa, Igbo, Yoruba and other tribes in Nigeria?

You have a point and I suggest the obidients should take bias off their minds and guide obi appropriately...they shouldn't all sleep and face one place

If peter obi was a true leader he should be the one guiding & calling his people to order not the other way round, naa leader suppose guide folllowers not the other way , now these people you hope will guide Peter Obi are on sec Antony blinken page insulting and lambasting him for calling Tinubu ... that is there New Nigeria

There is alway a pattern to every Peter Obi script,

Hmmmm...
This so deep...

So, it's now a case of 'ka ka ki EKU ma je sese, a fi se awadanu'....

Instead of losing the battle alone, we all lose it

It is well...this is another version of the story tho, some people claim that he has collected money from tinubu which I think it's a blackmail but as far as I'm concerned, his moves is still being made out of desperation. If you are good, you are good, truth is always one and for that fact, you will always triumph in every battle.

He should allow his goodwill to fight for him from now on instead of getting desperate.

His case now is just like the case of a sane man that suddenly finds himself on a bed in a psychiatric home, you and I know that it takes miracle to survive it.

The first thing the sane man needs to do is to accept that he's insane because the more he drags it, the more the reason he gets to that bed gets obvious...that is the situation at which Apapa finds himself right now!

Firstly, he needs to see himself as a loyal 'floor' member instead of seeing himself as the chairman of the party....let him contribute his quota as a member to their collective victory and go for legal means of restoration at the end with the mindset of if he wins, fine and if he doesn't, he continues with his life or refire.

Fighting a physical battle over intellectual battle will run him down finally with the set of people that constitute the group called Obidients
NO ! it is not a case of Ka ka ki eku ma fi je sese, not if you've read Apapa speech

Every party had "chairman" dispute at some point, it happened in PDP and APC had feud with Adamu

In APC vs Adamu case the president, buhari stepped in to quench it

In PDP case, Atiku refuse to put the house in order and we saw how it ended

The high court as ordered Abure and others to step down, so it very normal for Apapa to feel entitled since he was chosen now if Peter Obi had a sense of leadership he would have made moves to put there house in order, call both parties and give both sides something to hold on to or offer compensation where the need arise

IF TINUBU was in the same situation as Peter Obi right now will he fold his arms n watch, what did you think he will do ... a guess is allowed

The Lamidi Apapa incident that has gotten many unintelligent and bigoted yorubbas crying all over the internet in their typical anti-Igbo rants and ethnic gaslighting tactics reminded me on how deeply polluted and morally flawed the yorubaa think-thank and sociopolitical fabric is. For context, check the backgrounds of political leaders, figures and elder statemen that in or way or another have political influence in the SW...and you will find one common denominator- They are mostly ex-convicts, charlatans and people of questionable characters.

Tinbu- publicized drug-Lord with court with court stamped documents in the US to prove.

Femi Gbajamiabila- involved in fraud when he was in the USA

https://www.thecable.ng/report-us-court-found-gbaja-guilty-of-withholding-clients-25000/amp

Dapo Abiodun- convicted for a criminal record in the USA, now governor of Ogun state

https://gazettengr.com/dapo-abiodun-charged-for-assaulting-police-officer-secret-service-agent-in-fraud-case-miami-police-department/

Buruji Kashamu- a notorious drug kingpin that became a senator with forged certificates (sounds familiar?)

https://saharareporters.com/2017/07/10/buruji-kashamu-how-notorious-drug-kingpin-became-senator-forged-certificates

Mc Olumo- Needs no introduction, unapologetic thug and a trusted right-hand man and overseer to Tinubu's criminal empire in Lagos. Also a mentor to a growing number of yorubaa youths.

Now we have Lamidi Apapa, a shameless mole who claims to have been in the LP for over 2 decades, yet contributed absolutely nothing to the growth of the party he claimed to be a bona-fide part of, Obi literally transformed a dormant LP into a national structure on the back of 6 million + votes (and contestably more considering the massive rigging in some states like Rivers etc), now this dirty and unkempt babalawo looking mole suddenly emerges from no where and wants to sabotage the party now that Obi has a valid case I'm court against APC and INEC rigging machineries...this is the shameless mole that yorubaas are trying to crown Saint!

The omoluabi culture and consciousness may have started on a true and genuine road map that was predicated on the core values of prudence, integrity and respect for the yorubaa civilization...unfortunately what we have now is a once proud and astute civilization and culture cascading into a rolling pit of decadence, celebrating of criminals, and mindless proclivity to crude tribalism. It's sad to see what the yorubaa race has been reduced to.
What is the difference between the animalistics behaviour Obi supporter showed in court yesterday and what mc oluomo boiz did on election day
The way Peter Obi go about attacking Nigerians and foreigners that support APC does it depict sane people conduct
