Yea ,they have to pay again and current fee is 36,720.00 and you need to book online to submit at vfs or walk to dhl anytime as dhl do not need appointmrnt booking to send passport to canada vfs .

Please I need advise.

My brother is in the uk. He graduated last year and has started working and has a 3year working permit. His graduation ceremony has just been fixed and he has gotten letter of invitation from the school for Me and my other brother to attend.
I am a PR in Canada and I already have a uk visa.
My other brother is a post graduate student in Nigeria.

I need advice on sponsorship for my other brother.
1. Should I be his sponsor? I can send his flight and stipend money to his naira account, and give him a letter of sponsorship with my ID, payslips and bank statements.
2. Should my brother in uk be his sponsor ?
3. Should both of us be his sponsor? Maybe me for flights and my brother in uk for accommodation?

Please I need advice on making his visa application airtight!

My other bro in Nigeria is 30, he has one study visa denial from Canada in 2016. Never had s visa or travelled out of Nigeria before. No job, still studying.

I just saw your comment and went to check applications I submitted on behalf of my aunt and (her son)my cousin, visit visa to come and see myself and my other cousin who is my aunt's son

I submitted Jan 10, my aunt did not need biometrics as she gave them in 2016 and they were still valid
My cousin did his biometrics Jan 16
Today Jan 24, their profiles says: "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements"!!!
Although it still says "We are processing your background check,..." but fingers crossed

I am super excited because last year, my dad's application from submission to PPR was May 31 to Nov 7th

I did not dream of this speed, except the "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" no more indicates what it used to.

Thank you for writing to VFS Global Canada, Nigeria.
Kindly confirm if you have been sent a letter by the IRCC requesting for your passport. If so, be informed that the Embassy has the actual processing time .Once you have received notification from the Government of Canada requesting your passport, you are to submit all passports strictly by Courier services ONLY. You can send in all required documents by the IRCC via a one-way courier process, using your preferred courier service agency (Red Star,UPS, FedEx, Dhl etc…) to the Visa Application Centre of VFS.
However, bear in mind that once the passport is ready for collection, after the process is completed from the Embassy, you will be contacted on how to make payment for the VFS in-house courier delivery process for passport return. International Passport ( per applicant)

2 copies of passport data page (phone number and email address written on it (per applicant)

Collection slip after biometrics (per applicant)

* Proof of payment for Package Transmission fee per applicant ( 9410 + 990 sms fee optional) 

All passports can be sent to the application center in one package.

Note: if you are submitting your passport in the same Centre where your biometrics was captured for that particular application, you are not required to pay the transmission fee. For applicants below 14 years they are to pay for package transmission fee since they did not enroll for biometrics.

Passport Submission Information

For Lagos Office:

Walk into any DHL or UPS store, you can google & check for the one's near you.

This is the Address you will mail your documents to:

Documents to go with to the DHL Office:

- Two photocopies of your international passport data page
- Your International Passport itself
- Passport request letter
- Biometric confirmation slip (the document you were given after u did your Biometrics)
-Two copies of signed VFS consent forms
-Note the 990 SMS fee is compulsory. Pay it as well to the same account.

Put everything in a Big Brown Envelope,

Write your FULL NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NO. & Email Address on the Envelope boldly

When you go to DHL, also indicate that you want a two way courier service. Then provide them the address you want your passport sent to when ready.

I need your help ooo.. I have used the CRS Tool to evaluate my husband and I using these profiles Hubby and I -we both have Masters
Hubby Age -36years
Work experience- 6 years plus each
No relations/job offer
IELTS-exam is next month but estimated us getting band 7 each
The addition of all this criteria above is 449, far below 470.

What else can we do to boost our score? Should I evaluate our BSc degrees ? I also have ACCA certificate , should I evaluate that as well? Will our scores be boosted?

If we opt for PNP with this score, will our chances of getting ITA be higher?

When you evaluated your F1 - F3, did you do the Foundation in Professionalism module? Because i heard that can be the issue at times

Also getting one semester can still be used to claim '2 or more degrees', so nothing spoil. The 'one semester' question was posed to IRCC directly and they responded in the affirmative.
