Food / Re: Residents Raise Concerns As Beans Price Soars In Lagos by chieme123(m): 11:50am On Jun 10
temmyyem:
Sometimes I wonder if there is still common sense in Nigeria. The power that be setup Boko Haram and Fulani herdsmen to kill and disperse farmers in Nigeria, farmers all over Nigeria especially Benue, plateau, Zanfara and Borno cannot return to their farms, kindnappers are going to forest to kidnap famers yet will are shouting high cost of living. Are Nigerians expecting food to fall from heaven?

Have been saying it for years that Nigeria will experience food scarcity of biblical proportions if the killings of the farmers continued, people were abusing me that I like food too much, the same people are now buying 5 pieces of tomato for 1k.

The only solution to food security in Nigeria is to request government at all levels to hand off any security-related matters and allow the locals to protect themselves, and form their own vigilantes as the same people you call the government are the ones sponsoring the attacks, don't forget that they are going to be introducing GMO food this year which will destroy the agricultural industry completely.

It's not 5 pieces of tomatoes. Its 4. And they are not even big.

Banilla:
You don't know me! I love him. Why would I betray him? I'll take a bullet for him if I have to. He wants to marry me! The joint account is to save for us both. That's why Nigerians are where they are, we are planning long term. You can't build a future on love alone. I'm being reasonable.

You'll take a bullet...? Hahaha, that's hilarious.
Abeg! Abeg!

He hasn't married you - yet, so there may or may not be a future.

I'm sure he can manage his finances on his own, without your assistance. Thank you very much.

Forget the money matter, and face your own life.
Phones / Re: Why Don’t Nigerians Keep Their Phones In Their Pockets? by chieme123(m): 4:42am On Jan 13, 2023
1. If you put a phone in your pocket, it would almost certainly slide out when you sit. And you loose your phone.
2. A phone in your pocket is too close to your testicles. And later, when you discover you can't have children.... you start accusing your village people.

It's not your village people. It's your phone.

Family / Re: How Would You Express Your Displeasure To Your Wife?? by chieme123(m): 4:27pm On Jan 08, 2023

Literature / Re: Please Don't Say No By Chuks Onyiuke by chieme123(m): 9:52pm On Nov 19, 2022
I read it when I was below 12. And somehow over 20 years later, I remember the text in extreme detail. Some Low key porn, explicit enough to make an impression in the mind of a child.

Celebrities / Re: Uber Driver Rain Curses On Laycon For Cancelling His Trip (Photo) by chieme123(m): 5:41pm On Apr 25, 2022
FalseProphet1:
Laycon is broke, even me that isn't a celebrity runs my gen from 7:30pm till 12am, during which I'll charge my two phones and power bank, infact, I can't even remember when last my phone went off as a result of low battery. How much more someone who has tasted fame.

Laycon has finished all the money he made from BBN, and is now extremely broke.

This I have seen.

I have this boss that runs a sound proof generator in his house for 24hours. He also owns a construction company where there is no power failure. But his phone battery is always below 10percent, because he is always on the phone attending to one business deal or the other. He only remembers to charge his phone when it trips off. And before you know it, he will unplug the phone again and continue with his calls.

So...
1. if your phone battery runs down, it doesn't mean you're broke. I live in a place where I have electricity 24hours, so I don't bother to charge my phone. I know there will never be power failure so I don't bother. Its people that have epileptic power supply that jump and rush to charge their phones when there's power, because they don't know when the next blackout will end.
2. if you run your generator from 7:30pm to 12am, it's not an achievement. Maybe you can consider getting an inverter instead of a generator, so you can charge your phones anytime you want.
3. If you were getting lots of calls on your "two phones", you probably won't leave them plugged to a charger for so long.

An average Igbo is not smart at politics. Their brand of politics is politics of hate, bitterness and threats.

You want Nigeria to vote for an Igbo man by threatening the whole country? Only people who are very daft people politically can do that

Lastly, yeebos are too barbaric and uncivilised to rule a nation as was demonstrated by the krase and rachet behaviour of Both Mrs. Ebele Obiano and Mrs Bianca Ojukwu

We have seen how nice and civilised the fulani people are, from the behaviour of their herdsmen. Please let's vote massively for another fulani man in 2023. Let them continue the good work from where Buhari stopped.

In the first place, you should not have let her leave with the children. I wont. But since the mistake has been made, no wahala.
I'm also assuming that madam decided to go and live abroad, like it was her choice. You didn't suggest it to her, or cajole her into doing so.
Please go ahead and date or even marry the new girl, or any other one that catches your fancy.

A man should always do whatever he wants, and be prepared to live with the consequences of his actions.

Why will they come when you women have chased the serious ones away with your bad character. Women think beauty is a major criteria for getting married but they are wrong, men need more than just beauty when they wanna settle down.

One of my girlfriends is acting funny now maybe she thinks I can't do without her because she is pretty. I am just using her to catch cruise for the moment before I release my venom..... There's no way I can get married to that kinda girl, not even in my dream. I pity any man that would get married to her, that's if she is lucky to get a husband............I don't think any man in his right senses will be able to tolerate that b!tch.

Your gf is not ready for marriage. When she is, the bad character will vanish into thin air.

Romance / Re: Why Do I Keep Meeting Girls From Troubled Families? by chieme123(m): 7:03am On Apr 27, 2020
creolehunt:
I just thought about the girls I've been with and noticed a certain trend. This isn't even about the girls themselves who are excellent human beings, but their families.

First girl I dated revealed to me that the dad died of suspected poisoning and her family were chased out of the family house. Her eldest brother is an area boy while it seems things aren't working out for her other siblings.

The next ones dad was late too, one of her sisters is separated from her husband while the first son of nearly 40 has nothing doing.

The other ones history is that her dad is late too. The eldest sister is cohabiting with a man. They have 2 kids already without being married. Her other sisters bride price was just paid after having 3 kids with a man.

For the other one, her dad is late too, died quite early. The eldest sister is in her 30s and unmarried. Her other sister has 3kids for a man who she isn't married to and now they are separated. Things aren't just working for her people.

The one I just met recently told me her parents are late. Lost both of them to suspected poisoning within the space of one year.

I keep wondering if this is some sort of coincidence.

But... These are minor everyday problems.
