Damn! Something has to be done about the astronomical cost of constructing even 2-bedroom bungalows.
That means one has to be ready to pony up N10 million for a 2-3 bedroom bungalow. That's beyond the reach of many honest, hardworking civil servants.

I just read that the PDP national headquarters will be a 12-storey building.

One can get a 2 bedroom bongalow for even for les than 1million but if u one wants quality and lovely outlook it is costly.

only the roofing will cost between 500000 to 1000000 depending on the height & the quality of the roofing sheet... The ceiling will cost betwen cost about 2-300000 depending ofthe quality ofthe PVC used...

Landscaping with nice flowers will cost up to 300000...

Then u talk of the building blocks & funishing...
That house willcost between 5 & 8million naira...

The Igbos in the west claim they are not our brothers & thats why it seems that only those igbos in south east are the igbos.

The myth of Igbos loving money is because IGBOS SEE GOLD WHERE OTHERS SEE DIRT...

If GMB & others before GEJ diversified our economy we wont have economic challenge today. GEJ is seriously tryn to make our economy none oil based. No government before this had tried it.

GEJ is a pooh carrier thats why he looks dirty & smells dirty. He has been carryn pooh of over 38years. It is a serious work. Wait until he is done carryn these poohs &take his bath, you will see how clean and good he is.

Peter Obi‘s first four years as Anambra governor was like this. It was towards the last 1year of his 8years tenure that we bagan to see little of his effort but today just less than 1year of Obiano‘s administration everybody is seeing the result of Peter Obi‘s effort.

GEJ no matter the factors working against him, will complete his cleaning up and bring life back to things former governments killed...

i cant speak against an ordained priest but having fr mbaka & how he ranted during Chimaroke‘s time as Enugu governor & how he spoke against his re-election...not minding that Chimaroke completed his 8years & Chime came in. Mbaka started working against Chime & now Chime is about completing his own 8years. All the curses he rendered on Chimaroke & Chime are yet to work against them.

Having watched him in November prayed for GEJ‘s re election & in December preached against GEJ‘s re election makes me to doubt his starbility as a person. God is not the author of confussion. God knows the end before the beginning & all these men who claim they are reprasenting GOD but speak from both side of their mouths are the real evil that has befallen us here in Nigeria.

Look at Bakare who said pooh against APC now sees APC as the saviour‘s party. It is a pity. Wise men of GOD or should I say, men of do only 3 things...
1: pray for God‘s will to happen.
2: tell their members to register and vote &
3: advise & criticis leaders (president, governors or other public office holders) secretly not publicly or on the pages of newspapers.

Good evening fellow NL members.

Please in your place or where you spent your christmas holiday, what was (is) the situation of power there?

I was at Odume Obosi in Idemili North, Okija in Ihiala, Neni in Anaocha, Aguluezechukwu in Aguata & Awgbu in Orumba North.

I discovered that they had constant light. I can say without fear that light situation in these places i went to pesonally was betwen 20 & 22 hours everyday.

It was fun and it was. I enjoyed light and people there told me that thats how always enjoy light unless when there is transformer breakdown.

I can say the effort of this government is beginning to pay off. Kudos to GEJ & Nebo...

Please tell us how it is where you are now or where you visited...

yes it is possible cos... Cheap labour, no long distant transportaion, no import duty, and no foriegn expertariats...

Do u know how much yam is sold at Zakibian in Benue State... And how much it is sold at Onitsha in Anambra state... Many things contribute in making whatever that is bought from another place go higher in price.

Am not saying that corruption didnt also has its own contribution ooo...

Again the OP is tryn to misslead people into thinking that GEJ‘s gorvernment spent 35billion... This is bad and it is an act of curroption too.

I dont know how many mw nigeria is generating now but what i know is that where i live we have always have light for about 16-18hours everyday. Landlords here are encouraged to get private transformers toavoid constant breakdown of public transformer...

Fashola is a visionary leader. I love his style, while other governors are strugling to go to the senate or become vp, he is looking out for a business opportunity which if it works will put money in his wallet and give our election some level of credibility.

But i have issue with this EVM. Any device that cant dectacte finger print is not useful in Nigeria Election because it cant stop multiple voting. Before Nigeria can go for it it has to be improved.
Using Namibia & Nepal as places where the device has been used shows that the world doesnt consider that device important. A device that has been inplace since 1982 & uptil now it doesnt have finger print dictactor means the company is not serious & at this point Fashola too is not serious. Nigeria is a country where cloning of drivers licence, passport and PVC with all their original features doesnt take time. If that device comes to nigeria i promise u it will become “rigging made easy.“

Finally how will that part of this country with fake population handle this? Will they soppurt it in NASS? Cos they have higher member represantation in NASS.

These Indians just wasted their flight ticket money... Cos APC wont pay it, they need money for campaign
